Put in online order and still have to wait in a hot and stuffy waiting area. Loooooong waiting periods every time we come to this location. Hopefully the new dispensary up north is better.

Wait times are too long, now Thai wouldn’t be an issue if they could keep track of the que, I have been sitting in this lobby for 45 minutes seeing people who have came in after me leaving before me. When I got to ask about this they tell me that they never actually got me in the que and informed me that I’d have to wait for another 10 people to go before they’d correct their mistake. No reason security should be handling the que, employ more staff for that

They have good staff, product, facility. It gets busy sometimes but thats just due to high demand because people know what theyre getting here is good stuff.

I normally love this spot but lately in my last three visits ive had 3 seperate issues... The first time I had a bad cartridge from them. Which isnt a huge deal cause they replace them if they are bad , but I did have to drive up there again and its not exactly close.. That wasnt the first time I had problems with the cartridges either.. but like I said they correct these things so ive usually just waited til my next visit.. The next time they took this little card that they had given their members a while back with these purple buds all over it.. I am guessing it had been worthless for a while but they just hadnt taken it the previous times giving it to them, the time before today, they didnt give it back.. Even if that card is worthless I did think it was cool and would have liked to had kept it. Then this time today I had spent $78 and forgot to evidently hand them that little punch card and I missed getting what would have been my seventh punch.. They should incorporate a system that they either keep track of the times you spend over $50 on their computer or just be able to tell from the time I got that card and the number of times ive been their in their system since receiving that card that I would have a certain number of punches.. I called them up within an hour of leaving about possibly getting it punched the next time I come in and they said they wont do it.. I could understand them thinking some people are trying to scam them, but I was clearly not.. Hell the person that was my bud tender probably could attest since it wasnt very busy at that time she hadnt punched the card.. I love this place and the herbs but this urked me today gettin home with something not right because of something out of my hands. Maybe change that system of yours to hold the files in your system.. You keep track of our loyalty points.. I would think it would be easy to see if im lying or not...

This was my first time visit and I got some lemonhead og and was really hoping to crack open a nice nug.... Came home to open up to the smallest little nugs. Not only can I not enjoy the aroma like I got to with the display, but I can't even take a nice photo to leave a much better first time review.

Horrible! Ordered online, arrived 4 hours later near 4pm to find long lines to wait in. Waited 2 hours just to check-in. What is the point of ordering online, having a medical card and having to wait hours just to check in. This place does care. While deals they offer are good, my time is worth way more than the “savings”. Most other dispensaries are much more in tune with customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Will no longer use this dispensary. By the way the west location is far worse than the north.

Friendly service and quality flower. Free 1/8 for first time patients. A bit pricey, but once you've spent $500, you begin to receive significant discounts. I will be back.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Phoenix! I have shopped here before and I enjoy the quality of flower they serve. Apart from the flower, the service at Herbal Wellness is outstanding. I would shop here again.

First time also, Currently they are running specials, and free gram to new patients. Never been, go now. I havent smoked for about 2-3 months. fairly clean system. Baby OG is the free grm. pretty good i must say! Mild uptake on the high, but becomes decent. no couch lock here, but definitely spacey. would love to go out and enjoy this beautiful day. ;) Flavor: decent, musky density was medium, spongy. not sticky but you don't need to break up, just pinch and load. would roll nicely broke up. I didn't inspect tricromes: but just from experience, they were picket properly and maybe even at peek. i have history of broken vertebrate with phantom limb pain and syndrome. I currently have three fractured vertebrate from a car accident. Pain reduction - is decent. as good as i would get with a vicodin, but without the pharmaceuticals. Duration: going on 2nd hour now. still floating wiht mild cotton mouth. munchies haven't really been an issue so far. Will review the master kush @ currently 220/zone, but ask about the specials. The place: so it is clean and aromatic. well laid out, and straight forward. they are going to hook you up anyway, but still ask about the special. might have went differently if i knew about the 50%off the second 8th! enjoy!!!

Overall a good experience. I enjoy coming to the dispensary to talk with the bud tenders but today was hard. I expect a calm and serene experience when visiting the dispo, that didn't happen because they have the music blaring so freaking loud, I couldn't communicate with the tender. Instant anxiety attack due to the loud music playing. I wanted to flee as soon as I got back there. I left so angry because of the loud music triggea Next time I'm leaving without making a purchase. This should be a calm welcoming environment, not a stress factory
