I have never had any issues at Herbology in Morton. Everyone from Security, the front desk staff and the wonderful people behind the counter. I really have no clue why some ppl are leaving horrible reviews. Keep up the Good Guys!!!!

Pretty good service although cashier couldn’t ring my order up right. Online menu is hard to navigate and selection seems to be less than what they actually have on hand. Very happy to have received 25% off for vets on Fourth of July.

This place is atrocious the staff is completely unknowledgeable about anything cannabis related.. it's now the 2nd time I've come to this hell hole,and they "can't findy order" so when I ask for some help for a replacement,maybe something similar to my lost and strangely o longer available strains..... Only to have a tablet thrown in my face ... Find it your self... Yeah I'll go somewhere else for now on.. please don't go to this place if you care about cannabis and knowledgeable staff.. you will NOT find that here.... All the money and time I've wasted to be treated like that is disgusting.

Love this place & right now w/ $12 Grams I almost can't resist buying the 4 different available strains + 7G of Northern light Blades(smalls)for $60 + $56 RSO!! OH YEAH & Then there is that free 8th for spending $200($209 exaxtly)lol so yeah my dilemma HAHA

The staff here is very nice but the long lines and wait times are terrible. Several times I’ve placed online orders, waited in line for up to 45 minutes at times for them to tell me they’re all out of the product I ordered. They used to send text messages telling you if your order is ready or they would send a text saying they canceled the order because they’re out of stock but the last few times I went I received nothing. Parking is horrible!! This is the only Curaleaf I’ve been too where I’ve had bad experiences more than just a few times!! All around, they need to come up with a better system!

When you receive your items make sure those seals are still intact Not only was seal broken. The lid wasn't adhered to container,Wow I went got an eighth of Truelive.Seal was broke, I spent my last bit of cash that I had for the month. I left my eighth with manager. I hope he enjoys my buds. true Scum, He sucks. The store sucks,they have thieves ,with the products. 5 other dispensers in Delco,I will never ever go to this store again True Crap Why can't ya upload pics

I stopped by on Sunday in the AM. It was a slow start. The CSR/Dani had a few extra minutes explaining some Extract products that I had just started getting into recently. This young person was very knowledgeable and I left with a product that I had mentioned was on my wish list. The product was Cresco Diamond sauce. If you're in there on a Sunday morning and you have questions ask for Dani !!! Exceptional service. Thank you !!!

This is the only dispensary I have used as it is near my home in the Media area. I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly, and I have always been able to get in and out very quickly. I have found the staff very helpful in helping me make my selections. Yes, they might have less inventory than some other places further afield, but I have been very pleased with their service. The snacks in the waiting area are a nice touch, but I would like it if they would add coffee service!

Herbology Morton has the bestest customer service, 5 stars easily Yhe only thing I’d give less than five stars is available stock. They are frequently either unavailable or out of stock. Other than that one issue, they’re great

Caveat emptor/Buyer beware!!! They are actively engaging in a Bait and Switch. Cresco Citrus Daydream is advertised as having 35% THC. When you order and pay for that 35% flower they switch it out with a Cresco Citrus Daydream 24% THC without informing the Patient!! I contacted Customer Service and their response? ‘Sorry they ran out of what you ordered’. What?! If CVS was switching out 350mg of Lithium for 550mg WITHOUT telling the Patient, that’s a crime and a deceptive medical practice. This is the same thing but with a different medication. So check your purchases BEFORE you leave the store to make sure they actually gave you the % you ordered.

This was my first time at this dispensary but they treated me and my service dog like family. It was like 5 min wait but the bud tenders were friendly and knowledgeable. got 25% off on the 4th of July for being a veteran so I was happy. Just wish they gave more military discount during the week but great first time experience
