I’m a regular customer at this dispensary and I can say one thing the atmosphere is amazing I’m treated like family every time I walk in the door! The product is not the bud tenders fault. But they try there best to help. JUSTIN B helped me tonite get my stuff. He allways is kind and caring. Never rushes. Knows his product and most of the time has pictures so I can see before. I have a family at home and a full-time job and I don’t have a lot of time to get to the dispensary and I’m on a budget but Justin seems to always be able to take care of me can’t thank him enough for helping me !!!

Absolutely horrible. I gave them one shot before and they blew it then. Wrong labels, wrong product, AND NOW THE OLD BAIT & SWITCH. Please allow me to tell you about my latest and LAST visit. You walk in a vestibule and your ID's are held hostage while you are told to have a seat in the waiting room????? They force questionares down your throat, even as you realize they don't have the right to ask any of the questions. It is a violation of your privacy and HIPPA. You are escorted back & since I just checked their website AND called, I ask for item #1, pills. I am told they don't have it. I ask for item #2 flower, they don't have it. But they handwrote a list by THC content. I look, pis---, and ask for another flower they say they have. When I was told they don't have it, I say, "You have got to be kidding me.". As I say I am out of here, staffer wants to help me pick some other stuff. I storm out.
P.S. Also, I would not be surprised to hear they have illegal counterfeiting going on. My first visit, patients were telling me check what you ordered. Others were telling me their boxes had changed. If anyone has been keeping up with the latest news, counterfeit boxes can be bought through Amazon. Imagone what a dispensary can do, fronting as one while money pours in every possible way.

An Ode to Bordello! Oh the fresh aroma of positivity and how it hugs me when I walk into Herbology. My journey led me to the 2019 Three Musketeers Khalil, Alena and Lieren. Oh and mysterious counter man! Laughter you say?! My guts a bust! Oh where would I find such irreplaceable comrades? What did I do to deserve such excellent service? Nothing. I count the days until the next time I find my comrades. In the land of euphoria, an Ode to Bordello!

It’s good With better selections than Philly one but can be faster. Last time I went, waited 30 minutes to just to see the rep.

Just picked up my online order in just minutes. I will be back, and the staff is great, even the Pittsburgh manager makes a Philly guy want to come back. It’s a very comfortable and relaxing experience!

I entered this dispensary wondering how I would explain my ailments (PTSD, depression)and if anyone could actually help me. Lieren was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she was also very nice, as was the entire staff. She made my first visit there very easy. I'm looking forward to doing business with her again.

The Good: Helpful and knowledgable staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Great selection of different brands including Cresco, Ilera, Pax, Terrapin, and Rythm. Online ordering is simple and straightforward and they will even send a text when your order is ready.
The Bad: Please fix the online loyalty points system. It does not match what is recorded when physically buying at the store and has caused some serious confusion. Also, hire a Graphic Designer to update your menus to alleviate yet more confusion when purchasing items that require proprietary vape pen designs. Strain information including, subspecies, terpene composition, and effects would be helpful. The overall layout is a mess and is not encouraging given the prices of the products.
The Ugly: Your building's exterior. Hire some local artists to jazz up the sides and entrance to your building. Black can serve as a great background for some really cool pop-color artwork.
Final thoughts: I love this dispensary despite its flaws. I understand it's only been open for a few weeks and it takes time to build up customer loyalty and respect. With that said, please work with the online customer experience company to get things straightened out regarding loyalty points and please consider the exterior of your building as much as you have the interior. This is a great company and I'm happy to be a customer! :)

The menu is very limited and have crap strains. They never have any specials. And all you do when you get there is WAIT WAIT WAIT. If you get there with more than 3 people waiting in the waiting area you're waiting at least a good 45 minutes. They never have enough staff working there and it takes forever to get waited on. I live 5 minutes from this place and won't go back. I'd rather take the 30 minute drive elsewhere where you're not waiting forever and the menu has more options.

I love this store! They are friendly, kind, and so fast and efficient! The facility is beautiful and very convenient to get to. Very happy with this store! So grateful it’s close to me :)

I've been having problems here for months. Pick up order never ready. Online reservations aren't sent through there system or your order is in a duplicate file they can't find. I had an issue last week about my file being put in twice and points scattered through each. I was told they were merging my files and I was getting 2× the points for the promotion they had going. Went back today only to find out files weren't merged and my points were not doubled. I spent close to $400 dollars to receive 10 points. If I wouldn't of asked I would never would have known. For the amount of money us patients are paying for our medicine there's no excuse for this. Don't waste your time or money here they are not competent. Also make sure to check leafly if you still go as they are no help with accurate strain info either.

I've never experienced an excessive wait time when visiting this location. everyone has been helpful. I do question their training as some of the budologist don't seem to know what they are talking about. They never seem to have the same products. I've not gone to amy other dispensary so I really don't know if that's a common problem or not. when you ask if they can order something they say that they are at the whims of the supplier and have no control over what they get in the dispensary.

Everyone deserves a redemption and so does Morton's herbology. After earlier visits and consistent low-star reviews on supplies and service I circled back and found things had changed for the better. They've increased their supply of concentrates and a carry a bigger selection of live liquid resin cartridges for starters. Their online pre-order was easy and simple and pick-up comes by text. Parking lot delivery was fast and simple too - it's men with masks exchanging cash and ID for your product, and that works during times like these. This shop is still under construction. I'm expecting to see 5's in the future.

i think its awesome closer than the philly one for me.. but parking sucks. i think they should definitely have a variety of brands on flower because certain brands have better quality buds..

Clean, modern, knowledgeable staff and very helpful. The products they recommended provided instant relief from chronic conditions and I’m grateful.
