Knowledgeable, open hearted staff. Very high quality meds with a good range of characteristics and fair prices. (Needs a high CBD option in the 10% + range but this is a weakness of most AZ dispensaries.) Clean and well organized facility. Best in Northern AZ.

this was my first dispensarie I visited and have loved it from day one. I was able to explain my symptoms and was provided information as to what the sales person would suggest to help. I love this dispensaries CBD strains as they work the most sufficient for me compared to other ones I have tried else where.

Best in Flagstaff and even better than some phoenix places. The prices are high but the daily deals help you get that 10$ a gram on Wednesday and they always have a few 10$ every day!

Although I had to wait about 40 minutes, it WAS worth the wait! The bud tender Romaine, was very competent, friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The quality of the bud is excellent, as I had bought an ounce of the Afghan indica. This was my first time here, but I WILL be back! I enjoyed my visit here. The girl at the front desk said goodbye and used my name to address me. This is a nice touch, and shows a desire to make customers feel at ease and valued. Way to go High Mountain!

Staff and atmosphere awesome as always.. Product on the other hand pretty disappointed. Have not been in a couple of months to HMH but when I do go they ALWAYS had the best shatter. This time the shatter was so sappy I don't know how they got away with naming it shatter in the first place. Even after freezing it cannot handle it at all. Also when it burns it crackles a ton.. Not okay for wax period. Obviously will give HMH another go in a couple of months but hopefully quality is back to par!

Loved this place! I was visiting Flag from Phoenix, so I’m glad I picked this dispensary. It’s small, but it has everything you need. Plus, the service is great. What a refreshing first visit! I’ll definitely be back!

Best shop in town! Great selection strains and large selection of edibles. Online ordering is fast and easy. The staff here is great always friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. I can not stress this enough, BEST SHOP IN TOWN!

Was visiting flagstaff so i stopped in to get some meds. Was the cleanest most professional dispensary ive been in. Nice selection of high quality meds. The blue cheeze was excellant. Thanks high mountain!!

I love this dispensary! They are quick and efficient, friendly, have a great selection of bud, decent prices, and they carry CBD flower! This is the only dispensary in Flagstaff that has high CBD strains. Please HMH, never get rid of AC/DC and Harlequin! I also love that they donate to charity, and that you get to vote on which one at the end of your visit. The only thing I think would make this place better is if there were better perks throughout the week. They aren't horrible, but I have seen better. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Overall pretty happy with the selection. The one thing that does get to me is the point system; 1200 points for $50-60 in product is INSANE. That could be a total of $1200!

Excellent products and pretty good prices...with the exception of their hash. Bought it once without looking at it, and it was hard as a rock when I got home. On another visit I asked to see if it had improved and got a salesperson who assured me their stuff it was not as I said (but was unwilling to show it). Overall, customer service is spotty, and the place has the feel like it is exploiting people to maximize profits. For that reason I recommend going elsewhere, and will not return myself except for specific purchases.
