Ponderosa Dispensary - Flagstaff

I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Wide selection of product. Would recommend stopping in if you are in Flagstaff area!

I wanted to try out HMH because of the prices were so much more reasonable than the local dispensaries. And we were in Flagstaff for other business anyway. We kinda got lost and where about to say "screw it". But we decided to call...The girl my wife talked to was amazing, she talked us into turning around and coming in. People were great very helpful and accommodating. The bud tender was nice....But did not trim my flowers properly. You don't stick a mini spear into a container without clipping the smaller buds of the stem and clipping the main top off the stem. I did this with 4 different buds i purchased. The weight of the stems came to 2 tenths of a gram. It's not much it's just the idea of doing it right that's all.

Hands down my favorite dispensary. Always a great selection of great flower and there's a great deal every day. And the staff is great too!

I am sad to see all these reviews based off the 300 points for free for reviewing HMH, the med quality has slipped away from what it was... 400 for GDP?!! wow! ive never seen anyone put GDP in top shelf or even charge 400 bucks for an ounce! 25 bucks a gram!!! Jesus! how is that a fair price? this is why the dispensary lotto here was so dumb, also what is up with the lack of selection! You have like five strains!! "we get new every week" no, you don't the most selection you have had is when you originally opened. Also,why do you re-hydrate your buds? you have little moisture packs in your jars that is no bueno. Dispensaries should have more selection, in fact you are allowed to buy from other dispensaries so why not? Have you ever been to another dispensary or club especially in Phoenix? Step up your game HMH. Please also get a security guard, extremely unsafe leaving this place to walk to parking lot. Your waiting room is always super packed... by the way this site is for honest reviews by patients about dispensaries so stop flooding it with reviews by people who just want to earn points... geez louise

HMH has excellent products, a great atmosphere, and competitive pricing but what really stood out to me was the customer service. Each employee seemed to have a genuine concern about their patients’ well-being. My favorite place in Flag for sure!

High Mountain has some of the most knowledgeable dispensary employees ive encountered. The meds are fantastic and the concentrates are top notch.

It was my first time going here today and it was an all around great experience. The caregiver I had that had helped me was extremely helpful seeing as it was my first time in a dispo, I was a little worried and overwhelmed by everything in here but my caregiver was great. She made me feel welcomed and as if I had been going here for years. Definitely recommend going here for any future patients who are curious about their first time!

Visiting flagstaff from Phoenix. I have to say they're bud definitely competes and arguably better. The Micky they had was straight fire. As well as exceptional customer service. Definitely plan on going back next time I'm in town.

I stopped in on Monday 7-15 as I was staying in the area with my wife and daughter. I was looking for an edible and they had a LARGE selection. I walked in, met Julie or Julia at the front desk (can't remember exact name) sorry. Very nice waiting area, waited maybe 5-10 minutes to get my card verified (state dispensary here.) I was called back by Eva, (again sorry if I am getting this wrong) where I asked about the edibles. I asked which was her favorite, etc. I chose the Peanut Budder cookie, 1 gram of Purple Passion and a piece of glass. My experience with this place was A+++ I would NOT hesitate to stop by again if in the area and in need of medicine or medibles. Thank you one and all. Jason

HMH offers quality product with a range of donation prices. There are many affordable options that are all still quality. Nothing is preweighed except the pre-rolls. Friendly and helpful staff. And finally, lots of variety.

This Dispensary is Top Shelf. Ive been to all the dispensaries in nw Arizona. HMH has the best Quality products Ive seen in this area. The Flower is actually finished, flushed, and cured properly. No immature fluffyness there. Trichomes are amber on the strains Ive purchased. Staff and Atmosphere are wonderful.

I love this place more then all the other spots in town 😉
