Probably one of the smoothest experiences that I’ve ever had as a new or first time patient. Really quick process to place the order and I even showed up on a spin the wheel day. Very professional and friendly staff made the experience better.. knowing how quick the process was online, I definitely see myself coming back in the future.
PS--DON'T FORGET TO TIP YOUR BUDTENDERS! Tip jars are not on the counter (wish they would change that) but I asked and jar is behind counter. Tip...15 - 20% is what I recommend as an avid buyer and someone whose dealt with the public A LOT. Be kind. 😊
HMH knows what they’re doing. If you have a large order, I strongly recommend taking advantage of their express ordering system. They have a fairly complex rewards points system which will save you $$ if you take the time to learn it. Overall, they’re my favorite dispensary in AZ. Check them out if you’re if Flagstaff 💙
I have been a patient for 10 years, and Jenae is one of the best employees (if not THE best)! It always brightens my day when she is working. She is knowledgeable, excellent at her job, and always brings a smile to patients' faces. I know that I can always count on Jenae for exceptional customer service and always answering my questions with correct information.
Roman, Henry, Sara, Guadalupe ( but they <—-are my favorites) pretty much every single bud tender is very helpful and kind. They remember you and make you welcome. I enjoy my visits every time I go there.
I had friendly bud tenders which honestly made my day after a long work day. I won a dope freebie-which is hitting NICE courtesy of 1906 :) I’ve been coming here for a bit now and I get reminded why I like coming here, the friendly staff is lovely paired with the deals they do <3
