The staff is always friendly, it would be nice to have a larger waiting room.

I go here all the time and how I was treated by some lady that worked there not even the bud tender that was helping me. That lady needs to understand customer service and be alittle nicer matter of fact don’t say nothing. Like I said I come there all the time and spend lots of money just maybe I need to go else where for awhile

As an avid reviewer I am extatic to say these folks ARE currently the best in Flagstaff. I have been a repeat visitor for 2 years now and have boycotted the rest for one reason or another. These folks are CONSISTENT in quality of product, customer service AND actively particiate in making our community better for EVERYONE, not just their patrons. Kudos!

5 star rating‼️💯 HMC's express ordering always comes thru. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins tops. The quality in their products is top tier, and the customer service has always shown great hospitality. Overall HMC is a vibe🫶🏼If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out😎

Staff is the best

Been going here for a while now. The edibles, wax, and selection of strains are good here. They great deals on supplies as well, i used to hit up smoke shops for pipes and such. Now i get everything from HMH. Tuesdays and Thursdays double points are always the best. Love the staff, all are very kind, and know a lot about everything they offer.

This is the best dispensary in Arizona. Their kaya cartridges are so amazing and always have great taste. The staff is so king and helpful when it comes to my CBD oils for kidney stones. They have a great point system and they donate to charity. HIGHLY recommend

I have been there a few times now, the budtenders are always very nice, they have great deals, and its the only place I know of where you can spin a prize wheel covered in weed.

There's always a greeting coming & going. I was once dive bombed by 4 kids on bikes. So my daughter allows Sat. mornings to take care of my business. I received a text my order was ready. Tried this once before & we waited a good 20 min. Needed car delivery again, having difficulty walking with a walker. Same thing happened again, couldn't find the order & we waited longer this time. Although Craig is very nice to do this service, timing needs to be improved. We were not pleased with the wait. Order was accurate & he applied senior disc. Thanks
