Always nice and great atmosphere!

I like this place for its various products. The points are nice. I usually don't have a long wait. The new staff is kinda stand offish.

I ordered 3.5 grams of bud but I only was charged for 1 gram even though the details of my order said that I had put in a order for 3.5 grams.

The bud prices are definitely higher than im used to, and was disappointed by their new patient deal: one free preroll. Passing thru flagstaff i thought it would be a smart idea to stop in to a new place, most likely get a deal as a new patient, but not really.... I paid 45dollars for an eighth of bud(blueberry cough, decent enough, but i wouldnt pay 45 an eigth again), and then got a free preroll of lower grade flower. They were out of most concentrates that i was interested in, but that could have been the day i happened to stop in. My budtender and the front desk person were very nice and professional. Just the prices and quality of bud in az is getting more disappointing by the week

HMH is hands down the best in Flagstaff. Fast service, knowledgable staff, and express ordering.

Very friendly place love the products a lil strange that I need my id when I go every time but not a big issue, besides that if I lived a lil closer I'd visit more as my work hours are not to compatible with the hours of high mountains but would recommend to a friend an definitely visit again.##shout out to Ro Ro a stand up dude

Nice place. Fast and friendly staff. Nice selection of flower. Had a small 5 min wait, bought 5 items and was out in 20 min. Flower was fresh, free pre-roll offered on 1st visit was an extra, making this my Flagstaff location.

employees are so incredibly nice and knowledgable. love the atmosphere at HMH. their point system is awesome, as well!

Is there a separate online menu for Recreational patients yet? I found it strange that everything is set up in store yet there’s no actual menu for us recreational patients online. I had an order on my mind I picked out from your site to be prepared and came in person only to be told I couldn’t purchase that item because it was for Med patients only. Bummed about the false advertising.

The fact you can't run for an extra item on a quick order is ridiculous. I wanted to add on a gram of concentrate. That just makes me feel like out of laziness I got the excuse "if we weren't so busy it would be no problem" when there's one person for med inside the lobby and maybe 6 waiting outside. my order was a 20 dollar gram of flower. Won't ever be using this dispensary again. Staff member was lazy and very unhelpful.

Longest wait I’ve ever experienced as a medical patient. 52 minutes. They didn’t care about medical or prioritize it. Staff was rude and not helpful.

First visit was great, longer wait than expected for medical but I’ll give that to the holiday weekend. Next visit (3 days later) I call ahead to see if I could place a quick order over the phone (2 cartridges) as I was headed out of town. I was told that there were 2 medical patients waiting and when I arrived there was 3 (no big deal) after waiting for 40 minutes and after seeing probably 10 people walk in and out I hear them call back a person that arrived and checked in after me. No loyalty to medical patients
