This place is a real shithole. Very pricey compared to Brake water.The floor looks like my garage floor. They advertise discounts that they do not honor at checkout. It was 8:35 PM.And I guess everyone was in a big hurry to close and get out of there. I will never go back there again. I will sooner drive twice as far away to be treated much better. F grade . I went in there with intentions of buying two ounces and left with one eighth of an ounce. Only because I was totally out.

Purchased 1 gram shine cartridge on 5/1, didn't open the package till 5/5 and found cartridge to be broken in the package and leaked out all the contents. Returned to the store afterwards with the damaged product and my receipt and explained the situation to the staff and the manager on duty 5/5 approximately 6:30 pm. Manager informed me no exchanges or refund especially since 4 days had passed and I could have sat on it or crushed it. Pretty much I’m SOL. So if you are going to purchase any cartridges or disposable vapes from High Profile of Lakehurst Nj please make sure to inspect and use the item before leaving the property because they do NOT perform any refunds or exchange or guarantee the product's they sell are free from defects. I will NOT return to High Profile and take my business to Nj Leaf or Zen Leaf.

I used drive thru service and it works so good. Years ago i used to frequent the bk there now im goin thru drive thru for bud. I NEVER woulda ever thought it become what it is. Keep doin ur thing guys!!!! Great addition to neighborhood.

Literally the worst dispensary ever. The app sucks, the people suck. The managers are rude and unprofessional. Only perk is the drive thru. Other than that…. 0 outta 5 stars

One of the best dispensary that I have been to! Staff is friendly and amazing!!! As well they have top quality flower.. Garden greens is the brand to smoke very very good! I will be coming back !

The budender was an absolute jackhole. His only response to my questions was do you want it? They are overpriced. They're invasive process to make a purchase is beyond any store I've been to. I will gladly Drive 30 minutes instead of 15 to pay half of what these people charge without the bovine excrement. I will tell all my friends to stay away from this store. They act as though I don't have a choice guess what I do and I will exercise that choice by taking my business elsewhere.

The sales allow you to experiment with different strains so that when/if you buy in "bulk" you can make an informed decision regarding brand, strain, etc. The loyalty points are a nice bonus. Did run out of a special that was still advertised hours later but imagine that'll get looked into.

They opened yesterday, February 14th. I was there this morning. I pre-ordered. Quick and easy. Great selection!

I've been there a few times since they opened they have great staff, hardly no wait and the bud is premium. I will continue to shop and recommend high profile.

They closed at 8:57 when it clearly says 9:00. I’ve spent a lot of money there since they’ve opened but this was my last time.

Very knowledgeable staff, great selection. Drive thru service is great too! I was there on opening day as well also the ribbon cutting. It’s also convenient as it’s close to home and on my way home from work, keep up the great work!

While every other dispensary in the state of NJ lists the terpene AND cannabinol information on their strains in stock right on their website so you can get an idea of what to choose for PRE-ORDER/purchase before you even go so you know you’ll get what you’re going for too(!)where High Profile does not. It just describes the ‘effects of’ each one and also the THC/CBD %…oh and if you try to call in to ask any questions you have about strains and their details/info, you’re put on hold immediately and left there until you decide to hang up because they don’t care enough to try to help anyone with an extra step. That’s where I became especially annoyed with this place. There are other dispensaries that are close by that have a warm inviting environment and budtenders who are truly knowledgeable and take their time with customers who want to get more info about what they’re buying instead of making them feel rushed where this place is not so much, and also these other places list ALL (or at least the top four, which is IMPORTANT!) the terpenes AND cannabinols on each product they have in stock, which is beyond convenient and in my case NECESSARY….soooo….why can’t High Profile do that? Too much to ask? It just seems like this place will do the bare minimum to attract (and keep) customers meanwhile other closer cannabis dispensary locations are competitive and I must also say in this case winning the race. One thing I will say is the staff IN PERSON have been nice. In terms of customer relations and a few other things, they might want to step it up a notch or think about it. Pay attention to customers input. There are many MORE stores coming that will be even more competitive! Have more sales that actually CAN last the whole day through. LIST THE TERPENES ON THE WEBSITE! It’s a super big deal especially for shoppers that buy based solely on what terpenes they can handle! I cannot stress this enough. I think High Profile CAN be good! Some things just need to be warmed up around there a bit maybe somehow? I dunno. I’m sure this will all go unrecognized anyway so I don’t know why I’m even bothering. HP has the ingredients to make itself shine, it just depends on how much attention they pay to customer input I guess! I saw quite a bit of tough reviews here. Why not aim for better? If thriving is what this business wants to do they have to make a few changes IMO. People in NJ are a different breed! Get with it! For the amount of money NJ residents pay for cannabis products, we should have convenience in buying at our fingertips from the website to the pickup window. Smooth easy transaction. That’s not what’s happening. It’s a hassle to have to research every single strain I think might work for me for HOURS before I order anything. Then sometimes I lose interest in even bothering and end up going somewhere else that too is close by that DOES have terpene details listed. I would love to change this review to all good one day. I try to be as fair and honest as possible. Another compliment I have for High Profile is that they do have somewhat decent sales from time to time. I’d like to be able to give more compliments!

I've only there been twice, Pre-ordered - picked up (THEY REALLY SHOULD GET DELIVERY) Staff, I came in contact with, were kind & helpful It is a bit *pricey, in my opinion the *"specials" come out the same or very close to as if you were buying 2/3 of the product Idk which kinda forces you to by more, it's NOT really a deal. All in all, it's a dispensary. **Could be better if could place an order to be held to next day, if placed late **Definitely Needs DELIVERY!** Good dispensary..

I went in today they wouldn't take my license off the internet because they said it had to be a paper but they have a barcode so they can scan it to see my license is valid but they refuse to after trying they said it worked for other customers but it wasn't working for me reason being I went in there and I complained about the 52 Hertz that they sold me last month which was about 8 months old sitting on the shelf from December and they sold it to me in August so I told him it was dried out no good overpriced weed and obviously they got offended by it what they said was I can take $10 off your next order really the bags been sitting on the shelf for almost 9 months should have got a 50% discount or maybe even free that's why it's good that we can have reviews so dispensaries like this can be reported for selling garbage overpriced non-qualified weed sell chronic don't sell weed get people that know what they're talking about not people that I just looking for a job in the dispensary knowledge is power the only power you guys got is scamming this town because this is the best thing they seen since sliced bread.. I'm good I'll go somewhere else maybe you guys should start following breakwater in cranberry maybe you can figure it out that's the way to do it
