Love the products and prices. Budtenders are a bit impersonal and you can definitely feel the rush when they start getting busy. The place itself needs a bigger waiting room especially when they have a doctor in. Almost walked out last time because there was no place to even stand without touching someone.

At one time (when this was Holistic) this was my favorite dispensary. Since the name change & moving downstairs they have slowly been losing all the – we care about our patients – attitude that made this place special. I've been coming here for years, so I brought my 2 sisters here. The budtender I got on a particular visit was extremely condescending. When I said I micro-dose, he proceeded to explain to me how to take what I was buying. If I know what micro-dosing is, I don't need you to explain it to me. The next visit, I called before I went. I wanted one thing. The person on the phone said they had plenty in stock. So, I drove down there & they were out. They made up lots of excuses why they were out. They said I could buy what I wanted from the more expensive recreational side (then you're not really out are you?). They tried to up-sell me with something I didn't really want while not listening to what my need was. It was a very bad situation & I left with nothing. Recently, was very likely my last visit to Joyology. The website doesn't seem to be updated much. I've been asking for CBD honey sticks for well over a month. The website says they have them, every time I ask for them, at the store, they say they're out. The budtender (Aaron) was very matter of fact, retail in a rush to move me through. The entire place has gotten, let's just move people through as fast as possible, make the money, hurry, hurry.

Such a great dispensary! LeeAnn was my budtender the last few days and she is extremely kind and answers all of my questions so honestly. She has made sure I got what I needed. So grateful for this place and people like the kind staff here. Highly recommend!!

I love the bud tenders at this dispensary!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me every time I go in...which is a lot!! The desk staff is awesome too!! Their edibles taste incredible and they have a huge selection of flower for whatever ails me! This is my favorite dispensary hands down. I look forward to every visit!! Drove 3 hours to get here and it was well worth it. This was my first visit to a dispensary of this size and Quenten was an amazing help! He answered all questions and patiently allowed me to take my time deciding. The girls in the front were also fantastic-they graciously answered all my questions over the phone on a few occasions. I’m headed back for a visit tonight and can’t wait!
