Went here twice on the second visit I was sold an ounce of Sunset Sherbert for a hundred Dollars. It was pure Garbage, first of all I had multiples illnesses a blood cancer called ITP, back problems , bad knees and both of my rotator cuffs are deteriorating. So I don’t use the Bud for pleasure but for pain release. I called them and they told me it was nothing they could do. They don’t exchange products, my lost. Well it is a lost because I’m a fixed income, I’m sick, and now I have to find a new place to go, o can’t afford to keep being ripped off. Thanks Holistic Health call me, you can have it back for free, because you knew when you sold that bag what the quality of the product was and I explained to the care giver what I needed and what I was looking for.

I wouldn't recommend using leafy due to huge communication errors. After purchasing for "waxy Wednesday's" special, my text for pick-up came in after 8pm saying my order was ready. Couldn't pick up until the next day due to the covid 19 (certification of vaccine IDENTIFICATION) hoax! Then wait infront of 20 cars till I was the last person. Waiting an additional 15 minutes 😴 and had to pay an additional amount because it was no longer the special day from when I reserved my order. Finally, to the product purchased- it was not at all worth the time and frustration 🙃 Hope it never happens again!

usually the budtenders are great but thenew girl is very rude and unpleasant. great meds great enviroment just like to see nice happy people helping rather then a come and go situation. ask for cali julian or kenny!

Now,...after taking the time to experience a number of facilities, I can still say that I feel that these folks know their stuff. Many times they have suggested/guided me towards the product that I need. I never feel rushed and they seem to know how to staff in such a way that the wait is never long. Kudos to my friend Keith, who has been in my corner since day one. He is not only a good bud-tender, but also a professional, friendly and educated representative. Top Knotch!!!

Holistic health offers very friendly knowledgeable bud-tender, DANK bed for reasonable prices, a solid wax and edibles selection.

At one time (when this was Holistic) this was my favorite dispensary. Since the name change & moving downstairs they have slowly been losing all the – we care about our patients – attitude that made this place special. I've been coming here for years, so I brought my 2 sisters here. The budtender I got on a particular visit was extremely condescending. When I said I micro-dose, he proceeded to explain to me how to take what I was buying. If I know what micro-dosing is, I don't need you to explain it to me. The next visit, I called before I went. I wanted one thing. The person on the phone said they had plenty in stock. So, I drove down there & they were out. They made up lots of excuses why they were out. They said I could buy what I wanted from the more expensive recreational side (then you're not really out are you?). They tried to up-sell me with something I didn't really want while not listening to what my need was. It was a very bad situation & I left with nothing. Recently, was very likely my last visit to Joyology. The website doesn't seem to be updated much. I've been asking for CBD honey sticks for well over a month. The website says they have them, every time I ask for them, at the store, they say they're out. The budtender (Aaron) was very matter of fact, retail in a rush to move me through. The entire place has gotten, let's just move people through as fast as possible, make the money, hurry, hurry.

Drove 3 hours to get here and it was well worth it. This was my first visit to a dispensary of this size and Quenten was an amazing help! He answered all questions and patiently allowed me to take my time deciding. The girls in the front were also fantastic-they graciously answered all my questions over the phone on a few occasions. I’m headed back for a visit tonight and can’t wait!

You were my 1 st dispo & my only for the first 2 years I had my card.i moved to howell and had not been here in awhile ...icwas looking at deals and seen the 1/2 oz northern lights $75. Prepackaged.. not happy about the tremendous amount of stems ..i have gotten handfuls rolling 2 joints .thats . Bit much .like I bought 1/2 stems and 1/2 weed..disapointed tgis time

I decided to come here one day, and am very glad I did. Any issues with defective cartridges were replaced instantly without any hesitation! Always a wide selection of flower as well. Daily deals are also legit definitely a must visit if you're licensed.

Nice location. I always make sure i add up what im spending in my head and know exactly what im spending because i had to correct the budtender on more than one occation when i first started coming here, do have fresh faces. Love the hybrid grapefruit, works Excellent for me. Thanks.

Loved this place until the experience I just had happened. Sat there for a curbside order for an hour while they were getting other peoples orders out who were only sitting there for 5-10 mins well after the fact of me arriving there. Asked one of the workers how much longer after I’ve been sitting there for 45 mins and he said idk and just walked away very unprofessionally. Had to leave without even getting my order. Don’t know if I’ll be back after this.

I had an issue with a product, they did take care of it as promised. Good meds.

Kara recommended Vfire with strawberry banana flavor. Nailed it again! Flavor is great and the high is even better.
