Hotbox Farms - Ontario

I have never seen a grumpy person at a dispensary. They are either happily exiting goods in hand, leisurely shopping or picking up an online order. I picked up my Queen Victoria's pain relief medication after choosing it online. 10 minutes in and out and everyone was very helpful and kind.

I have several times now placed an order online got my confirmation and go pick up notice, but when I get there they have already sold out. Last time I purchased an oz. it was nothing but a starter factory all seeds and stems. What a waste of money

I love Hotbox! I've been to every dispensary in Ontario and they're all pretty nice, but Hotbox is my favorite. They have amazing ounce deals, and they're always really friendly and efficient. For the first time in over a year of 100% accuracy I went in to a super busy store. There was a little problem with my order- I let them know and they immediately took care of it quickly and politely and even offered a little coupon to make up for the whoopsie :) That kind of customer service is really appreciated. Highly recommend Hotbox and chatting with the budtenders- they're all very cool and know a lot about the product. They have amazing recommendations 👌

Bill was amazing! he knows what he's talking about and helped us alot with any questions we had. We saw him twice and he gave such awesome stains to try and we loved them.. if you see him I definitely recommend 👌

Chealsey helped me today and was amazing! I mean all the staff there are wonderful, but Chealsey was sweet and quick and knowledgeable. I love Sundays at Hotbox and you should too!!!!!

Tez is a fantastic bud tender and provides excellent advice.

My order was a bit messed up, however, when I walked back in they took care of it quickly and very professionally! The manager on duty was awesome to deal with! I highly recommend this place!

April did us well—very energetic and passionate about her ever so important job.

Put in an online order. Was sent a messages it was ready. Drove 40 mins to have them closed. No notice online just a sign on the door saying they are closed. Has been my normal spot to come but with that service I’ll be going elsewhere.

I love seeing Joe, he makes for a happy atmosphere. And he makes the budtenders happy. I am pretty much happy every time I leave there, thank you be Blessed.
