Shout out to Jay for being such a knowledgeable, chill, and patient bud tender. I brought my wife to have her first experience buying cannabis from a dispensary. Jay took the time to make her feel comfortable by answering all of her questions and showing her recommendations based on what she told him. He did a kick ass job! Also, the quality and wide variety of flower is top notch! Shout out to Focus North and Yerba Buena for growing such incredibly frosty and dense medicine! Some of the most delicious bud I have ever smoked! Keep Terple and Silver Hawk stocked up because we will be back!

I purchased a gram of wax and literally a qtr of the gram wasnt even smokable. A portion leaked out onto the box, another portion spread all over the cellophane, and another portion was folded up into the lip pf thencellophane square. This is absolutely unacceptable. My roommate and I purchased 5 grams total and eachbwas the same result. I am very disappointed with my purchase. With the amount of money spent at the dispensaries, quality check and control should also be one of your top concerns. I will no longernbe purchasong wax from your establishment. Its a few dollars more at your competitors but i would much rather pay the extra few dollars out of pocket for a product i know is of quality, than risk the money at your store and recieve a sloppy gram lazily thrown inside of a faulty package. The packaging wouldnt have been failty if the QC Check had been more thorough.

Went to hotbox farms in Ontario and got some money out of the atm then checked in and went inside and will was helping me out providing great customer service when Logan came over and asked me if I used the atm I said I did and he said someone left some money in the atm so I knew how much I pulled out of the atm I said yeah I pulled out 120 then I counted my cash sure enough 100 Logan gave me my 20 back! Thanks for there honesty & customer service best shop in Ontario by far

These people are the most polite people in the whole world. I would invite all of them over for Thanksgiving dinner but none of them know me, and my place is way to small to host them all. But I love them, and would die for them.

I was there yesterday and April helped me she was so kind her customer service was so on point! I had a ton of questions and she was super patient with me. I always have amazing experiences here, but she topped it. It's always nice to go into a business and recieve amazing customer service. And she deserves a shout out.

We keep finding major discrepancies when placing pick-up orders via Leafly. For instance, products marked as Hybrid on Leafly, but they are actually marked as Indica on the packaging. I just don't understand why we can't get this together and keep inventory properly categorized and updated. It's 2024.
