Very pleasant to talk with about products and also very knowledgeable.

I had no idea what to expect as a first-time buyer, When asked what I wanted I simply said I have no clue, and then was given a rather in-depth explanation of the basics, what kind of weed has what effect and so forth. This is not a place where they are about taking your money and getting you out as fast as possible so that they can get as many people in and out. The Woman I spoke with (I was so nervous I forgot her name) but she took her time and answered all of my questions. (there were a lot) if you are new or an experienced stoner this is a great place to purchase your weed. top-notch all the way around!

Shopping at Hotbox is always great because of the budtenders! Chelsea is an angel! Their prices are totally reasonable for high-quality bud and they always work with you to make sure you're getting a good blaze for your buck. Highly recommend asking for your budtender's opinion. They'll always try their best to help ya out!

I was there yesterday and April helped me she was so kind her customer service was so on point! I had a ton of questions and she was super patient with me. I always have amazing experiences here, but she topped it. It's always nice to go into a business and recieve amazing customer service. And she deserves a shout out.

First time going here they had a whole system down to get large amounts of people checked out fast. Their system ran smoothly. Liked the atmosphere in the store. I ordered online so I could get done quick but talked to a few workers there who answered questions and was able to add a few things to my order. One thing that separates this place from a lot of the others in the area is they have good selection of high CBD flower strains which I smoke to help with symptoms of my arthritis and hip and back pain. I think this will keep me coming back to this place. The Stella Blue and B Bud CBD strains I picked up I was happy with them the flavor and potency was just right for me. One more thing great about this place is the smell as you walk up and open the front door is delightful.

These employees are great. We all know how annoying last minute customers are. When Zion told me they wanted to close early (for the third night in a row) and weren't going to honor my online order, I called HotBox and drove over there instead. They tried as absolutely hard as they could to get me in and out with literally not even 30 seconds to spare. Then gave me a $10 coupon for next time since it didn't happen. Can't be mad though, they even held the door open for me to run in. Huge difference in employees and their attitudes. Shows that these people have a lot of pride in their jobs, in the place that they work, and in themselves.

Went to hotbox farms in Ontario and got some money out of the atm then checked in and went inside and will was helping me out providing great customer service when Logan came over and asked me if I used the atm I said I did and he said someone left some money in the atm so I knew how much I pulled out of the atm I said yeah I pulled out 120 then I counted my cash sure enough 100 Logan gave me my 20 back! Thanks for there honesty & customer service best shop in Ontario by far

These people are the most polite people in the whole world. I would invite all of them over for Thanksgiving dinner but none of them know me, and my place is way to small to host them all. But I love them, and would die for them.
