I have been going to Hotbox since their grand opening in Huntington. They always have quality cannabis products that I can trust. Anytime I have a question or a need for a certain product, staff is always willing to help. I also appreciate their efforts to keep their staff and customers safe. Thanks, Hotbox!

Online order? Check it before leaving!! Twice now I've arrived home to find out they gave me the wrong product. Make sure you have them take your order out of the bag and place it all in front of you on the counter before accepting it. Other than that, my only complaint is that the music is too loud. Almost impossible to communicate with anyone. Quality is on par with the other dispensaries in town, most of the time. I gave Service 2 starts due to receiving incorrect product. Atmosphere 3 stars because the music is too loud to have a conversation with your bud-tender.

You should do what you say you will do when you rip off customers. Still waiting to get my two grams of grand daddy purple. Have been told now by three separate employees I'll get a call back. First it was that night, then it was at 9:30am when manager gets in. Never happens, I call at 10am and they say can take up to 3! days! Not cool! More to follow until this gets fixed.

I'm sitting here enjoying this pretty good bud I got few days ago..... Ill tell you what, I got this stuff on sale 3.5 for 24 bucks. 30 %. You have to take two right? Then I start to think about how all my visits here have been good. The time before that, I came in some time last month got this good brand select battery, Afghani live cart, couple top shelf buds for amazing deal. Felt like black Friday sale. I'm someone who likes to look for deals on good brand. As a shopper ilI always look in bag and see what I got before leaving. Sometimes they forget my ketchup. Common sense right. I'd hate to drive over 3 miles back to my home and not get what I wanted. 🤣 let alone any farther. Or do we live in the perfect world(2down). I'll shop around other places if I have too but now I'm convinced this place has best deals all time around and if you are in the right place... Been here a few times and the last time I was there, I tried to move out of the way for someone to move by me and the receptionist lady was incredibly RUDE to me stating I couldn’t move at all from that spot, thinking I was moving spots and I tried to explain it but couldn’t get a word out. It happened once more and again she was incredibly rude stating I couldn’t move spots and I need to stay where she put me, as soon as she let me move on to the next room, I immediately left. I won’t go back no matter there deals or convince to hotels. The product isn’t worth that service.
