I was lied to buy manager on Aug 18 and 19 2020 told me to bring unopened cartridge in for exchange because they gave me wrong strain came in next day and he told me he would not exchange because it was a new day he told me the night prior I could come in the next day

Loved the helpful worker we dealt with! The girl who checked us in went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited our turn in line. We will definitely be making frequent visits to hotbox farms for all our cannabis needs 💚

Bill was my budtender for my last visit and it was one of the best experiences I had so far there. Really chill and made us feel like we were homies already.

My wife ordered some tinctures as part of my order. When I arrived, I was informed tha t my order was incomplete. I appreciate that they emailed me to tell me that they sold some of my order. I just was annoyed that parts of my order were sold.

My husband and I have gone here every other week or so since they opened but we went for my hubby's bday and Dana was so awesome we finally felt the need to write a review. She was SO sweet, patient and knowledgeable. A+++ experience. I hope all our next visits she is available to help us with our orders!!

I've been there hundreds of times usually always awesome however very irritated by the last budtender she could care less and when I got home realized she had given me the wrong order gave me some bs rose colored stems when I asked for nightmare cookies it tasted like ass first complaint so far though I'm just pissed because it's an hour drive so just threw it away instead of driving back

My go-to spot in Ontario, no questions asked. Always a wide variety of product, staff are always helpful and super chill, and even if you're shopping on a budget, you can find something.

Probably the 6/7th visit (i like to buy in bulk to avoid the drive there.) Same old perfect experience, no complaints at all. Have been out of some stuff a couple times in the past when placing a pick up order online, but it was easy to sub in something else when ya talk to a Budtender. This is the only place I go to and it’s gonna stay that way. Highly recommended.
