Rude, not knowledgeable. I bought some flower back in the day and when it got a little wet all the purple color started bleeding off! Flower sprayed with God knows what to look purple, stay away from here

First let me start by saying they got a really dope name for a dispensary. But they dont live up to it, almost all the stuff they have is over priced for example edibles are much more expensive than any other dispensary. They call there decent weed "top shelf" when its clearly not. They change there prices to gullible people one day i came in for a tarantula and they sold it to me for 30 when it was 25 on Leafly. I didnt know the price of it until i saw it on leafly. They are really unprofessional and dont know how to work they text on there phones while your talking to them. Only come here if you want to get ripped off cudos my dudes.

secerely unsatisfied. just drove 30miles after seeing posted on leafly "open easter Sunday" to get here and find out they are closed. big inconvenience.!

Do not go here, way too over priced, I came in there yesterday and got 10 Kushypunches and 2 grams of there too shelf, instead of giving me a deal she charged me full price 125 for the kushypunches and 40 for 2 grams. I will never be back here to do business with them again. They just lost what they could of had a very good customer. I would of spent a lot of money with you guys, if you didn’t have a joke budtender who’s only objective is too screw over whoever walks in this place.

absolutely love this place. My budtender I believe her name was annysia was excellent, helped me with all my questions to getting the right product for my pain. Prices are great, people are great, Highly recommend House of Dank!

I had called HOD 8 mile location asked some questions about some medication I wanted to order I was doing my monthly order so an almost $300 order and she had let me know what site to go on etc and went ahead placed my order just before 4pm. I get an automated text then saying it’s being prepared and about 20 after 5pm I get a call from their manager suggesting I order from the fort st location (almost hour in a half after my order) they told me it was closer I’d be getting my delivery quicker etc. so I listened to what they had to say and said okay and then they canceled my order and guided me to fort st. I call the fort st location and they don’t have the same product I need and have me call 8 mile back. So Now 6pm I ask if this order was a problem I can go somewhere else I’m in pain and their manager Chris said no we will get it to you tonight our driver lives by you and will drop it off. At almost 9pm they cancelled my order and made it seem like my fault! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I waited 5 hours for my medication they promised to get me and then did not deliver when hours earlier I had asked specifically about this happening I was reassured everything was fine even with the inclement weather I had mentioned on both phone occasions with the manager I can cancel and order through somewhere else if you guys cannot make it and was totally duped. I sat up most of the night with my back and leg spasms. I totally learned my lesson waiting on my medicine the way that. If you truly are in pain do not let them talk you into waiting I felt so deceived and was offered a free edible to wait until the morning. I don’t think some businesses actually realize marijuana is used as a medication regularly for some patients. Experiences like this is what drives me away from getting medication from places like these it’s like I wasn’t taken seriously.

I hate to write a review like this but I feel like this location is starting to take advantage of their customers- especially those that aren’t very knowledgeable when it comes to quality and processes. This review is based on the OZ of flower that was purchased this week. I wish I could share a picture - but I would not recommend this location for flower Purchased an ounce of immature, untrimmed flower that had ridiculous telephone sized stalks of stems - this location clearly does not take their business seriously and has no regard for the quality of the product they provide especially considering the amount they are charging for ounces of dried out leaves and stems - the plants they harvested from to package this ounce clearly weren’t even close to being ready because if it were ready and even able to be attempted to be trimmed - there wouldn’t be close to even half an ounce of actual product Over 60% of the ounce that was purchased was dried leaves crumbling into pieces and stems - for approx 200$ - not a single fragment of an identifiable bud is even remotely present when looking at the product Yes it’s our fault for purchasing it, but we also don’t like making a scene or walking out on our customer service reps because they are fantastic and it’s not their fault they are being forced to sell a product that should not be on the shelf to begin with I hope this review will alert this location to the fact they have lost focus, and maybe will go back to respecting the product they provide and the people they provide it to.

the product here is horrible. I've had my card for 2 years been smoking for 30 I've never bought such garbage. the flower is full of fertilizer the wax is old and stale taste like an old boot. they will sell you anything to get your money

The top shelf flower here is some of the best I've had. But today was my first time actually going inside myself and the girl that helped me was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I kept asking for different smells. No actual knowlage was given to me about anything and I was almost ignored while she talked with a co worker. The girl upfront wasn't that friendly either. No one smiled or made me feel welcome. I'll come once in a while for the product but it definitely won't be because of the service itself. Thumbs down. second worst dispo customer service experience.

I've historically been extremely happy with both the quality and service of H.O.D.. Well to day that all changed. I was told they were out of the top shelf slabs only to have one "magically" appear. When I called them and complained about the low quality of the wax, I was scoffed at and offered no help whatsoever. The short sighted greed cost them over $500 a visit from me. I'll be taking my frequent business elsewhere.

Same thing happened to me as the reviewer before me. They tried charging me almost $30 more when I got there because they said there website is messed up and it's not their problem. The budtender had a horrible attitude. Kept repeating that they were out of the product that I ordered saying they only had viles left (Which those are exactly the ones I ordered) I ended up taking my money elsewhere to a place that's honest. You say it's the website.. yet you seem to be the only one having issues.

Horrible, they advertise false THC levels for vape and weed online. Then after you order online, and pick up your order they r give the same product with a much lower THC level. When I went back they said oh online must be from a different batch. False advertising!

Been going here for a couple of years. Used to do a variety of $20 to $40 5 gram eighths, then they stopped doing that once they expanded. The deals are mostly gone and the quality has dropped significantly over time. There have been multiple times where the budtenders shorted me anywhere between $5 to $40, the latter requiring I stand in the room while they watch the camera recording. The edibles are hit or miss in terms of quality for price but I would not recommend buying anything here except for cartridges, which almost always leak anyways. This location has gone downhill since they believe they can charge much more since expanding.

Very nice and readily available parking lot. Warning to those who hate waiting in the lobby for 30 years to get your meds, go online and write down what you want so when you get here give it to the front desk girl and they'll bring it out too you instead of waiting for your name to be called to go back into the bud room. Oh and about the bud room, VERY BAD LIGHTING in there. Hard to see the product you want to purchase.

I was shorted on my money when I left. ⁵ oz. She said she only had received $100. Last time and only time I get hustled there. Girl at the front desk did not get my ID so I sat and waited till something needed to be said.

it was ok . not the best when it comes to bud. but they have a nice selection of edibles. carts are way cheaper down the road so I don't get those there I did once and it was good. budtenders seem hesitate to talk to you and help. I said I wanted to look around and made it clear I wanted help she said ok turned and started talking to the girl next to her like ok.... also back room is super dark

Bought an ounce the budtender recommended, it's the worst weed I've ever smoked. DO NOT BUY OG-10!!! It doesn't taste like weed, smells terrible. I feel like it's going to make me sick, so now I'm sitting on a whole ounce if unsmokable pot. Thanks to their new glass barriers, you can't even inspect what you're buying. Their parking lot also feels very unsafe. Think twice about going here!

It was my first visit. Everyone here was super friendly and friendly and they still have platinum vape carts!!!!!!!!! the bud tender that helped meh was super knowledgeable and hooked me up for being first timer. I am so impressed I will be back tommorow! Cheers.

If you like good weed and good service, don't go to The House of Dank. The Dank has been my favorite and only go to for 3 years. Sadly, I am ending my relationship with The Dank. The Dank was given many chances. After about the 3rd or 4th time of paying for top shelf crap that tasted like garbage and dealing with crabby bartenders who are unknowledgable and impatient, I will never be returning. I will, however, wear my House of Dank t-shirt with pride, but will not be providing my business any longer until they get some better bud and better service. For now, you suck.

Agree with others, tons of SEEDS. WTF is up with that? Especially the Lavender, many seeds. Would only go back here to try the $5 grams, which they advertise as having 5 strains for that price. We went and they were "sold out" of 3 of these 5 possible strains, only 2 available. Also their super special is having an ATM in the lobby as if that is all that important vs. say the fact that their strains are filled with seeds. Some of the other strains we tried were very dark, almost black, you could tell they were older and less potent, as in bottom of the barrel leftover plants.
