House of Dank Recreational Cannabis - 8 Mile

They need budtenders that know what the hell there talking about, quality has gotten some what mediocre, but only at the house House of Dank can you by a 4 gm special that will contain over 1 gm of stems/waste. People you can do a-lot better elsewhere in the city!

At first I thought that this was a awesome place by apperence untill I got to the counter and was greeted by one of the worst budtenders I have ever done business with . her name was Angela I believe and had no clue what she was doing she didn't know product info or pricing she didn't even know weights of product very informative. not to mention I bought topself flowers for 60 dollars and she gives me shake out the bottom of the jar after mind you I asked her if there was actually flower big buds and she said yes so I bought some if she would of said no I wouldn't of bought but she said she had what she didn't have and was sneeky about it. and sold me shake and threw it in my bag before I could even see it she thought she was sneeky but I always look at my purchases when I get to car I did take the product back and they did exchange it for me to make it right but should of never had to deal with a sneaky budtender trying to get over on customer don't think ill be back but who knows

My favorite place to go! I drive almost two hours to come here because of the knowledgeable staff that treats you like family and the amazing deals. Could never say enough good things about this place!

Not happy with price increase on flower.I cant afford so bought off the blue. ALL SEEDS WASTE OF MONEY.Hopefully you will change things back. I dont need a fancy building just good and fair prices. Thank you

Absolutely appalled at the quality of wax I bought here. I bought two separate grams, each from different companies, and both were smeared across the paper, melted across the front and back. Completely unusable. I’ve bought herb from HoD before, but I will not be buying wax from here again.

This use to be my favorite place however the last few times the quality of product has gone down and prices seem to be going up. unfortunately my last visit will be my last, I purchased some edibles and when I had got home i realized I was missing 2 candies ($25 worth) I called and explained I was missing 2 and I was told their is nothing they could do horrible customer service especially when I have been going there and only there for over a year

HOUSE OF DANK is a great dispensary I would always tell other people about this place cause all the bud tenders are very nice and respectful and answers your questions with politely and they treat you like family

It's a nice place the staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable on their products.. for example I asked about the grape dosi. It looked and smelled great. So I asked about the taste. She said It tasted like the sherbert strain. So i bout some at 50 an eighth. Expensive but I have bought from there gold section before and I was very happy.. how ever!! The grape dosi is CRAP!! It should be in the lowest grade category.. Not worth 15 a gram Definitely not worth 350 oz.. very dissatisfied

use to go here all the time but the service I received the past two times was terrible first time they gave me the wrong stuff and over charged me for a gram that was supposed to be 5 a gram got charged 8 a gram was sold indica when I ask for sativa. this time the girl waited on me was rude and was rushing me and she almost got my change wrong took her three times just to figure out what she owed me won't be going back sad cause the have a good selection but there plenty more down 8 mile.

I have been going to house of dank for over 6 years, spent large amounts every time. New bud tender told me a total and I gave more because I did the math. He runs out to say he needs 100$ more for my order and I’m confused to why it’s more because there app says otherwise. And he fucked me over with the ounce checking the price inside. Male bud tender dumps change all over my paint and says he can’t do anything about the false advertisement, put the blame on me not reading hidden text saying prices can be inaccurate. It’s like gambling if ur prices aren’t accurate lmfaaooo..... Won’t be back with the squad u guys lost not just me as a customer but many others that bring you a lot of business. And this story is being passed around.

They false advertise their wax in the online menus. If I could attach pics I would. The menu shows bright yellow wax in jars and when they drop it off to you it is in black envelopes and the wax is almost as black as the damn envelope. If you’re gonna seek wax that’s that low quality just show it upfront because you know nobody like black ass nasty tasting wax!

Huge parking lot that is all lit up, no bun intended. They have great security and friendly. The staff working with the patients are very knowledgeable and can help you find whatever you're looking for. Their $20 1/8th's are a great way to try different kinds and see what works for you at a great price. The down side to some of The cheaper options is that some have a ton of seeds so look at it before you decide to get it. I was in and out in 15 minutes and I got a ton of stuff. You can't beat the prices or the free gram for new patients. And the wonderful staff make it very easy for you if you have no idea what your doing. $20 1/8ths buy one get one free edibles and other great deals don't miss out.

Very good weed, other than that everything sucks. I bought an ounce, 6gs and an 8er today and weighted it all out once I left. 2 g's short on my ounce, .3 short on the 6gs and 8er. they hide the scale so you can't see how much they are really giving you. once I left there was nothing I can do. I will not be coming here very often at all anymore, the employees all are rude beside the security guard. If it wasn't for the few good strains of weed they have there I would never go back. parking lot sucks, good luck with parking

I think the security guys should be bud-tenders. They were very nice, very courteous, and very helpful on my first visit. I was happy and knew I had found my place! Then my budtender came over to me and asked if I wanted something. I told her I was they're to pick up my order.i hadn't hey my name. 5-7 minutes later, sure came back with an attitude thing me I had no orders. I offered to show her in my phone. But she said that didn't matter. She then asked what I had ordered. I guess it did matter, huh? She was very rude and dismissive. I'll not go back to this location and I'll not recommend it to anyone I know. And if I may say, it's hard enough for black people to make it in this world without being ugly to one another. I would have expected this kind of treatment from a white bud tender. But it's doubly insulting/hurtful coming from a member of my own race. The security guys greeted me, smiled, told me where to go, and answered questions I had. 20 minutes later when I finally got my order, it was the security guys that bid me good day. They have the customer service skills. THEY should have the bud tender jobs.

My Bud-tender, Brandon, was more than helpful. The store was busy but he was in no hurry to make the sale and get me out, as I have experienced elsewhere. He was very informative and offered to show me around, and did. I had questions,,,he had good answers. Very nice place too. I like the setup. Lots of buds in jars right there on the counter. Good deals can be found. I'll be bockkk!

First time in any dispensary, and this is pretty much how I imagined it would be. Tons of different strains, edibles, concentrates, etc. Very professional environment, you get assigned your own personal budtender to help you the whole time you're shopping. My first budtender was an idiot, but I got a different one that was more helpful. He let me look at and smell all the stuff I wanted (which was pretty much everything). My only gripes would be that the prices for the edibles/accessories/etc weren't listed, so I had to ask about every single thing. It also wasn't listed whether a particular strain was an indica, sativa, or hybrid, which was annoying, and the budtender didn't always know which strains were indo, sativa, or hybrid off the top of his head. I got a pretty solid deal there though, so I'll probably be back once I see what else is out there.

I really enjoy going here either early morning or just before they close. It's not that crowded That and the budtendershe are great!!!

My only complaint about House of Dank is that they need a microphone so the patients in the lobby can hear who's being called in.
