I've shopped around extensively. Everything is top- notch at this dispensary. The quality has always been superb. The tenders are experienced and very helpful and sincere about their products (And I would be too if I worked here!). Thank you District 3!

Bud is amazing quality. Wax is always cheap. Really cute set up. Only issue can be parking sometimes. I love this place.

This was the second time that Marcel helped me out, he's super personable and funny.

I have been coming here since January and I could not be more happy. The staff is the best and has never let me down. The prices are unmatched to anywhere else in the state, possibly the country. They have so much selection that it is unbelievable. So many concentrates, carts, flower strains, edibles, you name it, they got it. I love that they give me my military discount on top of the daily deals. You guys are truly the best, my only complaint is that you are not closer, plop a dispensary down in Temperance right on the border or at least in Adrian so that I don't have to deal with Amazing Budz bs shady practices anymore. Thanks and keep up the amazing work!

I tried most of the dispensaries on 8 mile after I got my card but district 3 is by far my favorite. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and always makes great recommendations based on what I’m looking for!

My first visit was in November 2019. I love this place. Marcel our bud tender was very knowledgeable and a pleasure.

I love this dispensary especially the perks that comes with them I’ll continue to refer my family and friends to come here they have some of the best marijuana. And the staff are amazing.

District 3 is my number one go to! I have been coming here for a while now and have only been disappointed 1 time with the products purchased. The people are great from the security guys, receptionist, owner, and the bud tenders! All very nice and respectful. My only complaint is the staff needs name tags so we can call them out for going above and beyond in serving patients needs. My last visit Skie took care of me and did a great job! Thank you!

Ok location but the medicine is garbage. pre-rolls taste like hairspray, I actually threw a couple grams away because they were unusable. Way overpriced and very bad quality!

This is the only dispensary I'll go to super friendly nice selection but tenders are friendly and polite my bartender was page who had knowledge of some buds and concentrates highly recommend this place

I used to go to The Reef Detroit every single time I needed to visit. Not saying anything negative about them by leaving this post. But I do prefer District 3 now. After my first visit, I came to the conclusion that they are very helpful and respectful people. & because it was my first visit the bud tender went the extra mile of showing me products to help make up my mind. Overall a very good facility, very organized, cleaned, and professional, I loved it!

Nice clean place, great selection.

i went in and got a cartridge and a $20 gram of shatter from here. The cart and wax were great but the preroll i got from here was honestly just sad. Limp and all shake

They showed me nice buds in these fancy little jars to choose from but the bud you get is nothing like what they show you. Watch what your getting!

Second time customer, was in and out, great 7-10 experience, felt welcomed and relaxed, have very good deals and prices and was perfect for 7-10, can't wait to try the pixie stix!
