I first went because it is the closest to my house, but I stayed for the prepack oz deals. I'm a cheap date so the GSC for $65 is awesome! love the animal mint as well. the budtenders are polite and professional as well as informal(which I love)... knowledgeable too! and whatever you pay the lady at the front desk, it's not enough 😂🤣😂🤣. I know she had to deal with a bunch of bullcrap last year when recreational was legalized "why come I need a card??? dat shit legal for errybody now!!!)

I drive from Toledo,OH and District 3 has always been and will continue to be my first stop when I get to Detroit cause they are the best dispensary in Michigan!!!

None of the deals online were at the store. Bud tender was extremely un-knowledgeable about most of the products I even asked about. Coming from someone who’s smoked over 15 years it’s super distasteful when I walk into a store and nobody in there can tell me anything about the product. Just spit some stupid line to try to get you to buy it. Say the same things over and over lol. Will never come back

Clean, Quick & an all around easy process from beginning to end. Typical dispensary around 8 mile with a large building size, yet you still tend to feel crammed inside. I’ll stick to my belief that the flower you select from the showcase, may not always be the same flower that you go home with. It is youre money, so if something doesn’t seem fine, don’t be shy to speak up. District3 should not have ANY issue helping answer any customers question. Overall this place is above the others that I’ve shopped, but it’s not the greatest thing since sliced bread! LesB4Real

This is my favorite dispo on the east side. Whether you go in, or use their drive up (with pre-orders, I use Dutchie for that), you will get excellent service, super knowledgeable staff and the BEST prices I've found in our area. I highly recommend this place. They will take super good care of you.
