Totally disappointed. 1st time at "JARS". Was told we'd get 30% new patient special. Ordered a lot. 1/2 once looks awful. All stems and sticks. Paid full price. Because I was in the system for Metro Meds you wouldn't honor discount. Bad move. Should've done something to make us happy our first visit. Will tell everyone we know about our shitty experience and poor quality flower. Never coming back.

All the flower smells like hay
They never have what they advertise for deals. They always post deals but when you call or show up they always say I'm sorry we had a short supply today blah blah blah. Please remove yourself from the leafly page if you aren't going to have the products you advertise!!

Flower is dry and brown, u get what u pay for. I can grow better weed in my back yard with my own seeds. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I feel this dispensary is handling the COVID-19 situation the best they can, and it's highly respected. However, I feel there should be a more efficient way to operate during this time. Waiting outside, in the sun and heat for an hour is not ideal for most medical patients. Personally, I have a heat intolerance and back problems due to my medical conditions so by the time I got to the front of the line I felt like I was going to pass out. Then the pickers who had got my order ready did it incorrectly, so it took extra time for them to get my order right. I understand everyone is doing the best they can during this time, but there has got to be a more efficient way to handle patients while keeping everyone safe and healthy.

I like the fact they know what you are looking for so it’s always nice
I have been coming here for awhile now & I was really disappointed when I came home and found that the evolution 1/4's I purchased were under weight.... 1 weighed 5.8 and the 2nd one weighed 6.4... together that's over a gram missing out of my jars - that's a blunts worth...so not a lot but still.. it says "useable weight 7g" & that's not true.
Idk if y'all use a tenth scale or what to weigh the weed but if y'all do maybe start weighing it over so your customers don't get jipped...cause really I can't weigh it in store before I leave can I? I hope the next time I buy from there it will atleast weigh out.

Alder weed looks the same taste the same pretty much is the same. Very rude security there they make you show your card before you go in. And they will tell you and swear up and down that everybody does that when no one else does that. Just very rude not worth going to. I will never return here again

Terrible customer service. I spent well over $1000 at this place every month. They keep screwing up my delivery order. I waited 5 hours for my delivery to arrive and when it did they didn’t apply my veteran discount. I was told it would have to go back to the store and be reprocessed and redelivered. Psssh so you want me there wait another 5 hours? The manager has terrible customer service skills and should have taken care of their screw up right then and there. How hard is it to apply the discount and give a new amount over the phone? Oh well this business lost a very high volume customer.
I drove over from Cave Creek today as a first time patient. I was searching the app to find deals, and Metro had a couple deals I was interested in. I had ordered online since I was a little pressed for time today. I couldn’t be happier for this first time experience! Very courteous, friendly, educated staff. I was only at the pickup counter, but could see all the products and hear the Budtenders. Looking forward to going back and shopping next time!! I’ll be like a kid in a candy store! Just tried some of my $65/oz Nightfire OG, and it’s great! Especially for the price!! I’ll see you soon, Metro Meds!

Love Metro Meds Dispensary!! Everytime I go in I'm so impressed with friendliness of the staff and how familiar and educated on the products they provide to their patients. I love how every bud tender who listens in detail on everything from what strains i find works best for me, what strains tend to cause negative effects, and which strains i like best to my multiple serious health conditions I suffer from and which symptoms im having the worst time managing that im looking for something to aid with (Mostly stress, anxiety, depression as well as chronic pain management and at times that will help with digestive and appetite issues and insomnia) and right away they know just which strains to suggest based on all of the information I gave them and even better each bud tender comes with their own personal recommendations. The environment is clean and organized. They have great deals all of time and I find a lot of great strains at their Dispensary.

Not okay to pawn off dry crap and call it private reserve. This is bait and switch. You are taking advantage of the fact that customers are encouraged to order online and pick up curb side during a pandemic. My medicine is important to me. When I don’t receive the quality that is advertised it is extremely dis heartening. I see several other comment/ complaints that indicate dry crappy bud. Perhaps you could listen to the customers and make adjustments.
