This place is worthless. Bought a timeless vape cartridge that was defective. Refused to replace or refund. Couldn’t get the cartridge to work on multiple batteries. Will never do business with this company again. It’s unfortunate as it’s the closest dispensary to my house.

Switched to natures medicine dispensary. Jars USED TO BE the best spot for the deals and best product, NOT Anymore unfortunately. Wat happened to patient before profit?? Disgusting service I won't be sucking up to JARS for a "free preroll." Lol people will do anything for some dry, dirty crumbs. You guys don't care about your patients at all, as long as your bills are paid! Price gouging is illegal. Found this dispensary after MUV and many other horrible dispensaries started raising their prices. Sad to say JARS has done the same! $140 for a half ounce of some dry, stemmy, reg tasting flower. I'll pass. Your point system is stupid, none of the prices correlate. 200 points is $3 off your order. Yet 1700 points is almost $90 in product? How does that make any sense? You guys might as well take off the prepacked half for 1750 points since y'all don't ever offer that anymore. Paying $250 a year for what? Nothing. Also fix your SUPURB delivery the interface is awful, been sending me a text everyday for two weeks saying "my order is out for delivery" while it's already been smoked a week ago

recently got double charged on my alotment from metro meds. my order was for 15g and they charged me for 1.05oz on my allotment. i didnt know until a few days later when i wasnt able to purchase meds due to low alottment. I called metro meds and was told that a manager would call me back. at 8pm someone who said they werent a manager called to say they put my alottment back pretty abruptly. i just thought it was pretty rude after the inconvenience and the mess up on their end, I didnt even get a sorry for the inconvenience? plus several of the prerolls i bought were packed so tightly with finely ground weed that they didnt burn correctly. overall, poor quality of meds and poor quality of customer care. dont waste your money.

Called the place and get laughed at in my face by the phone receptionist because the product I’m looking for is not available. You need to reconsider who you have working here.

Definitely pleased with the change from Horizon THC to Metro Meds. I had been avoiding the store for a while but went in for their FTP deal and was thoroughly impressed with the improvements made. Super friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable. Good medicine for a good price, and that's good enough for me.

S/o to Metro Meds for having the best flower hands down in the valley. I went in on Sunday and grabbed my FTP Bogo deal. Bud tender B'onka hooked me up with a gram of black cherry soda and for the freezy I grabbed a gram of chronic thunder. Very good day and night strains and I will be sliding by today for more goodies💯

This dispensary was advertising shake. I bought it on a preorder for a 40$ half oz. and I got home and the jar said fucking trim and the entire jar was filled with shitty trim and skeleton stems from leaves. It’s one thing to advertise it as trim and sell it to people who wanna make edibles at a reasonable price. But being a medical dispensary and advertising shake as if it’s flower shake then selling a bunch of shitty trim. Like what the hell. That’s immoral and bad people stuff. I don’t know any black market dealer that would have treated me that way before I got my card. This company sucks immensely for that .

They give false advertisements of strains that are nothing even close to expected . I’m so disapointed I got yellow soposed raspberry dosido spent $90 for shit that smells like Tangie and the representative wouldn’t do anything to help me I even offered to take a cheaper strain since I get panic attacks from tangie or anything that smells like it . Horrible costumer service !!!! Never getting my buisiness agian
