I Had a bad Experience.!!!!!!! I went as a first time patient because i seen the DR Zodiak Truck outside. First Time wasnt so bad They Had No Flower exept the 8th Which is ok. The problem is I went with a friend and he got an half oz and had seen alot of the same strain left. I recomended it to a family member who is also a card holder becuase the weed my friend got was good and went back about 2 hours later to get myself more edibles and get a pacient refferal . We called and The dispensary agent told me they still had it and i was only 5 min away and got in like with maby 6 people in front. The server told us they only had one kind and another that was 100 dollars like those were the only 2 options. They Sold my family member some Bunk Weed that was soo leafy the stuff you're supposed to trim off the flower they sold to my family member and it breaks down to dust before you touch most of it but when we seperated the weed from the dry leaves we had about 5 grams of shake and the rest very little hollow nuggs. I Didn't even get my pacient refferal when i asked 2 people for it. My friend used to work in a dispensary he told me they probobly didnt wanna sell the good strain to my family member becuase no one was buying the bad weed and they could get her to buy the leafy bunk flower. I cant inturupt and say anything becuase its not allowed but i sat there and watched them Rip my Family member off. When we clearly called before hand ,they confirmed they had the same strain that we asked for,5 munites before hand, then when we asked for it specifically, the bud tender ignored us and gave us her 2 options. THEN when i got my edible I couldnt get 2 single grams & an edible that was 100 milligrams when my allotment was 2.5 i should have been able to get 2 single grams and an edible of that size and still have .4 left. i only got 1 gram ($17)and the edible and the server took .6 something for the 100 milligram edible i forget what crazy number they said but im Going to go back to use my 30% off and thats it but im going to bring the leafy shake and give it back to them since they probobly wont take responsability and admit they had the strain and sold my family member some trash and shake for 72 dollars. I Apologize for the letter but dang you guys did us dirty couldn't even get the little pre roll for the recommendation lol

Service was shitty from RJ, argued with me on the phone when HE WAS WRONG then proceeded to hang up and me. And sad because I come here almost every day 🤦🏻‍♂️. But thank god the manager answered when I called again and fixed my problem. 🤗

This is by far my favorite shop. Im very loyal to this location. I donated a box full of food for their food drive, I always tip well, and this is literally the main shop I go to. However this past time I had gotten some shake, when I got home to smoke it, not only did it not have a smell, there was no taste and it was the consistency of wet sand. I literally could not smoke it. It would not burn well enough to get a hit. They said they couldn’t do anything, and I understand policy so im giving 5 stars because they have always been amazing to me. But they should do quality checks before selling so errors like this occur. That was literally a waste of money I didnt really even have to spend. Im very very upset. We havent been able to do quality checks ourself anymore because of covid, so I feel like the employees should check in front of us to make sure its good. The weed is literally so wet theres clumps. When i saw it at first I thought they snuck a fat nug in my shake. But no it was literally a wet clump call of shake
