I absolutely HATE the prepacked method they've started. Bud is dry when it isn't kept in something besides the plastic medical containers. I would suggest going back to deli style or be prepared to lose out on a whole lot of business. NO ONE WANTS DRY MEDS.

I love this place but I honestly can't believe you guys raised the prices on the venom shatter and then make it seem like we are getting some kind of deal but we are paying more. Every dispensary is doing this and I thought I scored when I seen jars still had the shatter at the same price. I guess I was wrong.

This is my dispensary home. The staff is the best out of all the dispensaries ive been to. They have the best deals in the valley. Also the widest variety of products that are always well stocked. I will not go anywhere else! The staff is knowledgeable kind and attentive to what i need for my medical condition! I recommend Jars metro to EVERYONE i know with a medical card. And to talk to staff about what they need their medical marijuana to do for them to feel better! They always know whats best for me. Having fibromyalgia is a battle and jars staff has been extremely helpful in making sure that the strains i get will work to make things better.

I was served yesterday by Kendra. She is a rare and wonderful person who has love in her eyes for everybody. This world will be a much better place if everyone was like her.

literally ordered 4 hrs in advance got the notification the order was ready and when I arrived they said my order still wasn't ready it was 1 item and it was prepackaged already and it was already 8pm how much longer it gonna take to package 1 order

MetroMeds Is by far one of the best dispensaries I have been to . The staff is amazing the flower is so tasteful and potent . Definitely will come back for more 👌

Daily deals are amazing along with the staff especially Rozie, every experience I have had there has been awesome! Greg helped me out at my last visit and was an awesome budtender there was two of us making a purchase and he wasn’t bothered by the amount of time we took, his service was exceptional and he took the extra time to do the little things. Staff I dealt with were in a bad mood or not helpful. First time I've left a dispensary without buying anything. Not sure if I'll go back.

during pandemic prices go up....Az goes recreational prices go up.. who can afford these prices.. medical shouldn't cost the same as recreational. we paid for medical license and it's privlages.. now we pay same as recreational. disappointed customer.. been with you since you opened...

Customer service, AWESOME! Atmosphere is friendly, clean and efficient. Perfect! Bud quality however, not so great. I ordered “grape diamonds”, which is private reserve. I was disappointed to find popcorn nugsbliterally the size of popcorn seeds. I’m getting ready to call it quits with Jars. I’ve spent thousands here and to get that quality is pissing me off. I also got triple chocolate chip and it’s diamond tier and it’s premature! Smells like straight chlorophyll. I’m an experienced grower and the junk they’ve been passing lately is disappointing to be nice.

Management is terrible, I forgot her name, Katie or Kathy? Some short blond chick, ewe. Hope Metro Meds gets their act together with hiring someone like her. She’s not a good face for the business with that crass attitude. Yuck And yes, it was my very first time their, and I’m a DA. I will never recommend this place. Smh

this dispensary has gone down hill. The quality of the 8 dollar a gram flower is usually popcorn when though the display will have big buds. lately most of the flower I've purchased , whatever 8 or 10a gram flower, has been sour and MOLDY!lastly, i just recently redeemed my 1700 points for a free half and all of a sudden asked me to pay the tax. really!? i just spent $1,700 dollars to get the"FREE"half. this place is disgraceful and i now realize that their just hipsters trying to sell you anything with no pride in their product.

I went in today to metro meds for a $65 ounce...later on this evening (bout an hour ago) I went and got bag and went to put my medicine (flower) into the cintainer that i like to keep it in (because if the way it fits in my safe box that locks w/a key) and i noticed that one container was full and the other was only about half full....(I hadnt touched it yet bag was still stapled and everything) so i weighed it out (which i have NEVER done from ANY dispensary) and to my shocking surprise its 19.6 grams! An ounce is 28 grams people! So A) I paid for an ounce got 3/4 of an ounce B) its docked already on my allotment C) the chick that "helped" me was ADVISOR K OR KATIE....(mu receipt for my cbd gummies says advisor k my container label sats advisor Katie) the chick the dealt with me at the counter was not the same chick who weighed out my medicine....now they already closed AND i have to drive 45 min at least to get there from where I live! I just might NEVER go back there again if they dont make this right! (which sucks because I really like their deals. But my hysband and I (hes a medical patient too) are super pissed customers! LIKE so pissed! my 2nd time visit!

Really nice staff. But every other time my express order is F***** up, and it's really starting to get on my nerves. I'll still come here, it's a nice place, but they need more compitant employees who can at least read orders thuroughly. :/ It's frustrating.

False advertisements. I will be going elsewhere now.
