JARS Cannabis - Metro Center (Med/Rec)

Bro i laterally bought 4 grams of wax last night and i knew one wasnt looking right i weighed it out only a 0.3 in what was supposed to be a gram. The other 3 weighed out. I dont know if it was a mistake or not but i am a medical patient and this is not acceptable after u take my allotment and money!!

These guys and gals , regardless of what is happening, always treat me as if I am ohana, wether I’ve had a bad day and don’t show much love, or a great day and come in on cloud 9. The service and aloha are always hands down, the best in town. They call me by name, they ask about ohana, and it is welcomed and appreciated every time. I can’t say enough about how confident I feel making my purchases here. Mahalos to the staff and ownership for always making us feel welcome. 💯🌺🤙🏼

Totally stopped coming here ever since the second lockdown lifted in Phx. Seems like they want to run off loyal customers by raising the prices drastically and in return you get poorer quality bud. Medical MJ allows for a max of 2.5oz allotment every two weeks. They USED to do awesome 1/2 oz deal/rates at 50/60/69/79. They totally did away with that and now only offer "specials" on 1oz prepacks. Those range from $177-200+, which isn't cool because a lot of people don't always have a whole oz available in their allotment at any given time. Which is what they want also, 'cause now you're forced to over pay for weed by the GRAM, or at the cheapest, $35 an 1/8th. Then they have the audacity to sell WEED DUST that they advertise as "shake". Don't fall for it guys, in fact, pass on this place altogether. I've been finding amazing deals elsewhere despite the daily texts I get from Metro Jars that THEY have the best deals in AZ (that's a lie). Don't fall for the hype(dust).....

Truly my most disappointing experience here. I always love coming to metro meds but on a Friday at 130 in the afternoon they're out of the 45/85 value buds and all they have is popcorn? Give me a break. They couldn't change out what they had on special? They were also out of my Timeless 1mg cartridges. I always recommend metro meds but if I based it off today's visit alone I wouldn't. I've become spoiled by my previous experiences.

great first-time patient deals, great atmosphere, great flower. only thing I really disliked about it was my budtender Hector. he was not helpful at all, he seemed annoyed that I kept asking questions about the flower. the couple times I did ask him about a flower he would shrug his shoulders and say I don't know everybody has a different opinion. You supposed to make the customer happy so they leave happy with a smile not ticked off about their service feeling like an idiot because the budtender wants to assume that I'm a connoisseur and I know it all when he's the one working at a dispensary. but like I said it's a great dispensary when I called back to find out his name they apologized and offered me a free pre-roll great dispensary.

They were very helpful for what I needed.The staff is over all great. My favorite place in phoenix!

I literally make the drive past 4 different dispensaries just so I can go to JARS metro to get good vibes, short waits, and BOMB Weed!

I love the service and the managers are very cool . Alot of happy spirited people there. Makes me wonder if I'm in the right job field. You guys are Top Flight weed sellers of the world Craig!!! (Chris Tucker Voice)

Staff was cool.. didn’t like the officer or the security guard you have at the door!!! Both were RUDE AS FUCK!!! Makes me second guess if I really want to come back here

I was not wild about this place at all. it was my first time there and I would never recommend this place to anyone. we had to wait 2 hours in line for a phone order, after standing in line for 2 hours, my order wasn't even ready and 6 people behind me got checked out before me while I had to wait patiently. When I said "Hey this sucks 6 people behind me got checked out before me", they all laughed about it in the dispensary and told me to speak up. Which I was doing, so that was rude and I'm speaking up about it now too. They didn't have good attitudes and it didn't feel welcoming at all. It totally sucked and was a horrible experience. First, Only and Last time I visit that place.

I like that they offer curbside pick up but the quality of the flower has gotten worse and worse and the prices have gone up. The last couple times I picked up have really bad, the buds were dry and broke up into dust. I feel like I wasted my money there but it’s the only place that offers curbside pick up during this pandemic. I think I will quit smoking now and some of that staff that answer the phones are clueless

I think it could be better. Seems like deals are Only available for People who don’t work or Play hooky. Can never get a deal after work. Can’t call ahead because the lack of answering. Third time coming, probably the last. Personally a waste of gas to go out of my way for nothing. Not once, not twice, not the third time, multiple. I understand while Supplies last, but come on. Maybe they should open at 6am for the work people.

I came in with a friend as it was his first time there. We got so many deals! We both went home with many goodies and we were so elated! Hahaha! Customer service here gets an A++… will be back again and agan!

Turns website off and cannot place online orders. Forces people to do a walk in.

I like getting my flowers weighed and packaged right in front of me. This location does that off to the side. At least it isn't totally pre packaged like some do.

I waited in line for almost 3 hours. There has got to be a more efficient way to serve patients during this tough time.

Not cool how I bought 4 prepackaged 1/2 oz and every single one was shorted a half gram. Also wanted to redeem the last of my points and was shorted on my $18 discount. Not sure I'll be returning but they don't care anyhow.
