this is a clean easy to get to and park loaction for handicap. olivia my budtender was outstanding.. im new to this world and she spent all the time i needed and geared me in the right direction with out a high pushy sales attiutde..

I just don’t get it. If you have hours saying you open at 8 why wait until 9 to do anything. Just put 9 on your opening time. Dumb dumb dumb. Why wait tell you get an hour long line before you start handing anything out... when people are there at 8 ready with the order reserved online. Just to wait an hour for no reason. Also don’t waiting until we pull up to give the final price. Why say 75 then have it be 81.26... if someone goes to the atm they get money in 20s so logically most people will have 80 not 81.26.... besides that the bud is good.

The flower prices were better when it was metro meds would not recommend unless you enjoy spending 500$ on 2 oz

I drove over from Cave Creek today as a first time patient. I was searching the app to find deals, and Metro had a couple deals I was interested in. I had ordered online since I was a little pressed for time today. I couldn’t be happier for this first time experience! Very courteous, friendly, educated staff. I was only at the pickup counter, but could see all the products and hear the Budtenders. Looking forward to going back and shopping next time!! I’ll be like a kid in a candy store! Just tried some of my $65/oz Nightfire OG, and it’s great! Especially for the price!! I’ll see you soon, Metro Meds!

Love Metro Meds Dispensary!! Everytime I go in I'm so impressed with friendliness of the staff and how familiar and educated on the products they provide to their patients. I love how every bud tender who listens in detail on everything from what strains i find works best for me, what strains tend to cause negative effects, and which strains i like best to my multiple serious health conditions I suffer from and which symptoms im having the worst time managing that im looking for something to aid with (Mostly stress, anxiety, depression as well as chronic pain management and at times that will help with digestive and appetite issues and insomnia) and right away they know just which strains to suggest based on all of the information I gave them and even better each bud tender comes with their own personal recommendations. The environment is clean and organized. They have great deals all of time and I find a lot of great strains at their Dispensary.

I absolutely HATE the prepacked method they've started. Bud is dry when it isn't kept in something besides the plastic medical containers. I would suggest going back to deli style or be prepared to lose out on a whole lot of business. NO ONE WANTS DRY MEDS.

This is my dispensary home. The staff is the best out of all the dispensaries ive been to. They have the best deals in the valley. Also the widest variety of products that are always well stocked. I will not go anywhere else! The staff is knowledgeable kind and attentive to what i need for my medical condition! I recommend Jars metro to EVERYONE i know with a medical card. And to talk to staff about what they need their medical marijuana to do for them to feel better! They always know whats best for me. Having fibromyalgia is a battle and jars staff has been extremely helpful in making sure that the strains i get will work to make things better.

Kevin is an exceptional manager and went above and beyond to correct a problem for me not once, but twice. Much appreciated.

Definitely pleased with the change from Horizon THC to Metro Meds. I had been avoiding the store for a while but went in for their FTP deal and was thoroughly impressed with the improvements made. Super friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable. Good medicine for a good price, and that's good enough for me.

S/o to Metro Meds for having the best flower hands down in the valley. I went in on Sunday and grabbed my FTP Bogo deal. Bud tender B'onka hooked me up with a gram of black cherry soda and for the freezy I grabbed a gram of chronic thunder. Very good day and night strains and I will be sliding by today for more goodies💯

during pandemic prices go up....Az goes recreational prices go up.. who can afford these prices.. medical shouldn't cost the same as recreational. we paid for medical license and it's privlages.. now we pay same as recreational. disappointed customer.. been with you since you opened...

Fast service for pre orders

Great service when it comes to the pick up proses!very convenient to not even have to get out of your car😁but last time there was a horrible experience the weed was so damn dry and old it should’ve never been out there for sale,so unprofessional and disrespectful to promote quality product and fall way below those standards.I have been medicating for 15 years so I know what’s quality flower!!
