Bought truinfusion animal face at full price a received a pre packed ounce of shake that had seeds in it. No buds. Zero THC. Website claimed 21%THC. Worst purchase ever. Do not buy here

Place is always packed when you visit, of course since they have awesome deals. I always do a leafly order to avoid any of the people that come through here. Went to pick up my order last time and the guy at the pickup window had just finished screaming at a patient who came to pick up her order before it was ready. When I went up to hand him my card, he snarking asked if I had an order that was actually ready to be picked up. Yeah bro, that’s why I’m here. He complained the entire time checking me out how they were so busy, I believe it was 4th of July weekend, and how he was having such a bad day because they were packed. I’m sorry, but you’ve got a whole month of sales called Christmas in July, with other deals stacked on top of these! Of course it’s gonna be busy! Don’t take out your frustration on patients. Was disappointed to have a negative experience here, because once again, MM has great deals.

I’ve been saving my points for months so I can get a free top shelf half ounce like I’ve done before. But last time I came in the bud tender told me I’ll forsure have enough points for it. today I went to go claim it and they told me I had to spend $20 more before taxes so I could get it, they said sorry she was probably a new person who told me that. I spent $20 before taxes on 4 prerolls because that’s all they had that’d put me at $20. So then I go to claim my free topshelf half ounce AGAIN and the lady tells me it has to be a $90 half or lower, me knowing damn well I’ve done it before but at this point I’m irritated and just wanted to get out so I picked one of bottom shelf ones just to go home AND THE PREROLLS DONT EVEN HIT. AND THE HALF OUNCE I GOT IS LITTLE POPCORN OH AND I GOT TAXED $9 ON MY SUPPOSEDLY FREE HALF . worst experience ever!

Great place, talked to Gregory and he was very helpful with all my questions. good selection of flower and edibles, definitely will be returning.

Daily deals are amazing along with the staff especially Rozie, every experience I have had there has been awesome! Greg helped me out at my last visit and was an awesome budtender there was two of us making a purchase and he wasn’t bothered by the amount of time we took, his service was exceptional and he took the extra time to do the little things. Showing us the product we purchased before bagging etc. Thanks Metro Meds👌

the absolute worsted dispensary

The service was horrible!

This dispensary has declined in customer service since switching to JARS. This was my go to spot while it was MetroMeds. My last 5 interactions with this dispensary have been poor. My biggest complaint is one of their security guards took it upon himself to decide the dispensary didn’t want my money and told me I wasn’t getting my medicine. As far as I understand, only a pharmacist can deny a prescription and only for moral/religious reasons so this security guard was completely out of line. When I called to make a complaint, I was fed excuses as to why the security guard did what he did then was offered to get back in line and wait. 100% unacceptable. I then decided to order delivery so I didn’t have to deal with the lack of customer service on site. Well, my first order arrived 45 minutes late and it was wrong. I called and explained what happened. The girl told me she could credit my account and that was it. Again, unacceptable. I am then put on hold and another girl picks up, doesn’t identify herself and asks what the problem is. Her name was Katie and she did fix the issue. The next day, I make the order for the missing product (per Katie’s instructions). It was a little tricky but it was taken care of. I had this delivered as well and was told by Katie to order early so I could get the first delivery window of 9-11. The guy showed up at 12:30. No call. No explanation. Just said “yeah” when I mentioned he was severely late. Told him this was 5x in a row with problems. He asked what had been happening and I told him. I was again fed with excuses. I got online to look for a corporate contact and found an address and phone number. Nobody answers the phone. It will ring for about 20 seconds then disconnects. This dispensary is a mess. No accountability. No real management. No real leadership. I will be going in to use my points and I will not be returning.

Loved the place when they had good ounce deals.the whole staff is young and lacks hard work ethic.i will never come back again.they definitely are not there for the customers

This dispensary was advertising shake. I bought it on a preorder for a 40$ half oz. and I got home and the jar said fucking trim and the entire jar was filled with shitty trim and skeleton stems from leaves. It’s one thing to advertise it as trim and sell it to people who wanna make edibles at a reasonable price. But being a medical dispensary and advertising shake as if it’s flower shake then selling a bunch of shitty trim. Like what the hell. That’s immoral and bad people stuff. I don’t know any black market dealer that would have treated me that way before I got my card. This company sucks immensely for that .

Metros my buddy.. They have some of the best grown meds in town.. I do suggest stopping in for fire.

I hate when dispos rebrand and don’t give a FTP, just shows they care about money more than customers, slow line as well where rec customers are served before patients. Not a fan won’t return, Writing for a free pre roll so i get something out of this trip.

this spot kicks ass. they know what they are talking about in there and take the time to educate the patients.
