Will never travel back here. Was beat out of my ftp special and msnager Marias was less than helpful. This is an example of poor customer service skills. You just lost a patient

By changing your oz and 1/2 oz specials to only the lower shelf meds has made me rethink going here anymore.

When this location was metro meds it was shit and it’s still shit ! And no where on the page does it say if u have been to metro meds that your not a first time patient for jars. Stood in line out side for 30 mins just to find that out And all they do is tax 20 dollars eighths is actually like 25.

great $5 preroll. it's awesome stopping by here on your way home from work for a few prerolls. Quick service too.
I don't understand how they claim to be lowest price. They charge black market prices. Should not be paying $50+ for eighths. Most deals are for carts, hardly any flower deals. The buy a quarter get a quarter is a joke because the THC level is so low, it's not worth it. Being a disabled veteran on a fixed income makes it difficult for me to shop at jars. I have found better elsewhere that fits my needs.
I have been a loyal customer at this dispensary for years, but will be going elsewhere for flower after yet another disappointing purchase. The last 3 times I've bought flower from here the weight has been significantly short. Today it's off by a total of .87!! Almost a gram short...it can't be a mistake if it is happening all the time. Skimming off each flower prepackage is just shameful. Buds are rock hard, too. The prices keep going up & the quality has dropped substantially since becoming JARS. Sold me a half of brick weed with seeds during the pandemic curb service only, when you couldn't look at it before buying. It was called Sunburn #80, & I definitely felt the burn. I should have thrown in the towel then. I love the security & budtender staff here, but I just can't let them cheat me again. Patient beware.

today is the first time I've ever left this dispensary disappointed. I go in every Monday for their half ounce specials and what my favorite thing about metromeds was always that they're half Out specials was on all of their strains not just whatever select once they've chosen. then the owners decided to add a couple of Premium strains for $50 an eighth that were Private Selection and those were not included. then today I went in to get OG 18 which is my all-time favorite strain and guess what that one is now no longer included as well I'm very disappointed because I go here cuz it's my favorite dispensary and they always have good deals on all of their good flower but now they're starting to slowly pick and choose which strains you can choose from and that's what I hate about all the rest of the dispensaries I went to it was a sad day for me today when I left Metro meds

service is ok..but let's get to it how in the hell do mess up the tru infusion strains I got the runtz the other day and it was terrible couple days earlier I got runtz from tru infusion from harvest dispensary and it came in a nice jar and was good I ask the girl upfront would this be in a jar she was like no a pop top and it was a small container I ask to see in it as they will give you popcorn buds for a premium price and guess what popcorn buds shit tasted like water leaf and was terrible don't know if I'll come back to this place most of there flower is trash go to mission dispensary on Dunlap at lease you get what you pay for

I continue to be disappointed with this dispensary. On 4 separate occasions I have driven all the way there to be told that they have run out of an item that is “in stock” on the leafly menu. Waste of time and gas money.

Convenient location. The flower I was recommended was for my depression. And it worked great! The budtender was nice and very kind as well. I will definitely come back.

I called to place an express order and was told to go online. After joining there site and placing my order along with confirmation. I was texted my request was declined! After I placed a hold on the daily deal. The customer service sucks the biggest! Rude as f! Don't waste your time placing an express order as they do not honor it. You will end up waiting. This was very inconvenient to me when I was in short crunch of time trying to get a lot of stuff done in a timely manner if you got a lot to do and you're trying to do it fast Metro meds is not for you okay.

How about you hire someone to update the website so I don’t walk 3 miles to get here at 9AM to see Kind carts are out of stock. Never again.
Supreme tier is absolute trash! DO NOT purchase it unless you want your money wasted! This dispensary’s quality has gone down like crazy I’m so disappointed..

Love it here at JARS. Ty out front was super chill and got me in and out quick. He also let me know that they had free samples inside and told me all about it.
My order was not properly sent thru leafly and the flower they gave me was not smokable. When i called they questioned my knowledge of weed.
I ordered online before work and my friend dropped me off and left. I found out you need a car for curbside pick up. So i didnt get anything that day. Was looking forward to that Northern Lights

Robin the manager was a huge dissapointment. my first visit it was all talk about how they value their patients as customers....
second visit bait and switch.... not once but twice I was told I could purchase a particular strain as part of there daily special only to have Robin hide his head as he instructed the budtender to twice not allow me to pick a particular strain as part of the deal? super sloppy management. I will not return. product was just ok

They stopped taking care of medical patients to cater to recreational. I shopped here regularly and appreciated the drive up option due to my medical condition that prohibits me from standing for long periods of time. Really disappointed that it's all about the profit.
This use to be my favorite dispensary.. but lately the service socks.. ive had to call to get my points put on.. place order come all the way down from Central phx and u can't even text me that I don't have any allotment left.. what happened? Guess ill go elswhere
