Great help for first timers

I recently came in and had the please of getting Everette I think he was the little guy with glasses. He was AMAZING . Very knowledgeable and patient with me to help me get the medicine that works best for me. Would definitely come back just for him.

This is by far my favorite place for bud, and my gf and I are always commenting on how great the flower, carts and pricing is here but tonight’s visit FORCED review. Idk what y’all are doing up there, but you did something right bringing in Paige K. She was a new face to both of us and she by far blew our old “stellar service, stellar buds” expectations OUT of the water. She was attentive, she knew what she was talking about, she connected with us both, and found us something we would both love to try new. If I wasn’t already hooked, Paige K would be the reason to go back alone. Keep up the good work y’all!

I genuinely love checking out new dispensaries and getting first time patient discounts. But I keep coming back to JARS for their fantastic customer service and constant stellar deals for top quality product. Every single visit, my partner and I are greeted with super friendly faces and super short wait times. We're allowed to go back and shop together and our budtenders are always super attentive. They spend time understanding what we're looking for and offering deals we didn't even know they were having. Tonight though, Paige K. really stood out to us. We like to goof off and have conversations with the budtenders, and tonight was no different in that, but she really took the time to engage in our conversation and actively listen and relate. Keep up the great work in New River, and we'll definitely keep coming back.

went in for ftp cart deals and ended up getting a live resin cart that I didn't realize wasn't a 710 connection. I went in to exchange it and they let me keep the live resin pod as well as a 1g rove cart. great service, will be back!

They are always helpful here. I’ve come back a few times never a bad experience. The employees are top notch and the service is beyond compare. Every single person is there to help you out.

Came in last night to jars and bud tender Haylee knew right away what flower was best for a night sesh 😊so glad I stopped at Jars because that bud left me sleeping like a baby.
