They don’t make you feel very welcome walking in which is one thing.. but you should never feel pressured or rushed picking out your meds especially when it’s not busy

Two strains with very low grade THC flower available, “WTF”!! It looked like they were going out of business!!?? Way to many other places to go!!

It’s not even the price increase that gets me. I was in the day before they changed their point system with no notification about the upcoming change. Had they communicated with their customers I would have used my current points and would still be coming back. As it is, the points are worthless to me and I haven’t been back. All it would have taken is a small amount of communication and you’d still be getting my money. Oh well. I wish you luck.

I’ve always sworn that debbies is the go to place! I even drive down from Tempe! I got an eighth of the Mohave reserve “Jilly Bean” I am just shocked at how dry the private reserve was... like dirt... blows my mind!!! I spend 130 dollars at debbies and was not satisfied with ANYTHING. This has never happened to me at debbies. lost a loyal customer!

One of the worst ran dispensaries I have been too. This is now my third time here and I officially won’t be back. You guys need to hire people who care about the job or the owners need to step up. This is the laziest hands down dispensary I’ve ever been too. There is never product they say they have on the menus and they changed there Saturday deal to barely even a deal as well. Just horrible customer service and always letting the patient down. Never have I been asked to make up for any of this. It’s just ridiculous. Step up your game.

I drove almost 13 miles to get there called to confirm they were open the lady answered said we open till 10pm finally get there 5 min till 10 and knocking on the door and they looking at me and ignored me the whole time I buy all my product from debbies but they lost my fucking business

Woooww!!! This used to be the place to go. Would even drive out of my way just to buy meds here! I pull up and you have raised your prices on flower and concentrate with no heads up or warning, as well as changed your points system. Someone "smart" should have increased the prices across the board instead of gouging your flowers smokers and pushing your "tax" on to the patients. All the txts you guys send out you couldn't have at least warned your loyal patients? Will not be shopping here anymore! Don't need a response, Thanks!

I have been shopping at Debbies for a few months now saving up my loyalty points for the 5 grams of shatter they offered for having 700 points. When I went in today I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED to see that the owner has completely changed the loyalty program and increased all of the prices. I understand from a financial and economic standpoint that sometimes these things are essential to keeping a business open, but the owner of Debbies also made the decision NOT TO INFORM THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF TIME. There are many different ways they could have gone about making sure that their loyal customers were taken care of, but they didn’t. This shows me that Debbie’s does not value their customers as much as they claim, and for that reason, I will be cashing in my points and shopping at a different dispensary.

With all the madness you would think management or owners would have had some sort of organization. Very unhappy with the way things are being run. It’s a Drs office not a party spot.

I went in for a brownie after a hard day at work. After 5 minutes. I went in for brownie and a small caviar joint. No carivar joints in stock. Did not want to spend $30 on the big size joint. The brownie was $14 before tax. So I made my big $15 purchase. Looked up the same brownie stores prices in my area. $8.29 down the street. You got me. I would have purchased something else to go along with my brownie. I had an extra $150 in my wallet. Didn't buy anything else.

I have been shopping here since it opened. I've been here at least 30 times previous, but today for some reason I was treated like a new patient. Drivers lic, signing waivers, how'd you hear about us, the whole 9 yards. It wasn't really a big deal until I asked why I was doing this all again as I'm a previous patient. The response I received was "if you don't want to do it you can just go somewhere else. You don't have to shop here." I find that VERY rude. Is this the level of customer service you provide? I've been an MMJ patient in Az for 10 years and I'm a veteran as well, in all that time this was by far the rudest response I've ever got to a question at a dispensary. Your rude receptionist is correct on one account however, I DON'T need to shop here and I won't again.
