I went in for a brownie after a hard day at work. After 5 minutes. I went in for brownie and a small caviar joint. No carivar joints in stock. Did not want to spend $30 on the big size joint. The brownie was $14 before tax. So I made my big $15 purchase. Looked up the same brownie stores prices in my area. $8.29 down the street. You got me. I would have purchased something else to go along with my brownie. I had an extra $150 in my wallet. Didn't buy anything else.

I’ll tell you what I didn’t like about this location today. I didn’t like that I felt like I was wasting my bartenders time, I didn’t like that I was the only one in the store at the time in fact the only one in the store at the whole time I was there this morning and no matter how many questions I asked my bartender was just having a really bad day not one smile. When I spent $300 here I choose to come here for the service as well as the flower but I’ll start selecting a little closer next time

Let me start by saying I've been purchasing from Debbies Sun City location for many years now and have never had an issue like the one I'm about to describe. I love Debs for the quality products and level of customer service I typically receive. I decided to branch out and try the 27th Ave location today for the first time. Submitted order online via Debbies website at 9:38 AM and received text notice it was ready for pickup at 10:29 AM. They had Pineapple Express which I haven't seen in a while so I drove out of my way to visit during my lunch. Wait time wasn't bad upon arrival. I drove straight home and opened the sealed containers to find one of the three EMPTY. I immediately called 623-233-5133 to report the issue. The employee asked to place me on hold to review with his team lead. After a few minutes he came back and told me to bring in the empty container and my receipt to have it addressed. I used my lunch break to come to you guys and can't make it back today. I was told my "file would be updated to reflect this". Out of principal I won't be returning. How can I trust a facility who sells empty containers to medical patients? This must be the future I was afraid of. Come on Debbies, for these prices you need to handle your quality control. At the end of the day I would have kept paying your prices for quality products. You lost a loyal patient over this.

I have been shopping here since it opened. I've been here at least 30 times previous, but today for some reason I was treated like a new patient. Drivers lic, signing waivers, how'd you hear about us, the whole 9 yards. It wasn't really a big deal until I asked why I was doing this all again as I'm a previous patient. The response I received was "if you don't want to do it you can just go somewhere else. You don't have to shop here." I find that VERY rude. Is this the level of customer service you provide? I've been an MMJ patient in Az for 10 years and I'm a veteran as well, in all that time this was by far the rudest response I've ever got to a question at a dispensary. Your rude receptionist is correct on one account however, I DON'T need to shop here and I won't again.

Horrible attention to detail with this Dispensary's Sales Staff. I ordered at noon. I waited 3 hours for a message in response to my online order. I left for the dispensary thinking it wouldn't be long before a confirmation came through in text. It never came. I went to the sort and asked about it and was told to wait for the message to arrive. It never did. I waited 30 minutes in my car before asking the guard again. This time he actually checked. Came back out and apologized for the mix up. Waited 20 more minutes in line. At the counter was told that only 1/3 of what I ordered is available for me to purchase. The other items I ordered were already sold out. I was told that the other choices were thrown in for me already (Thanks for assuming I wanted something besides what I ordered) and they were going to discount it fo4 me. I left with 1/3 of my order and will NEVER be back. Thanks for letting a patient down at a time when things aren't so great. Good Luck Debbie

Listen, I love this place and think they've got the best buds in town. Having said that, the customer service over the phone NEEDS to improve greatly! We all understand that you are busy and are wanting to get people in and out quickly, which we ALL appreciate, but this should not come at the expense of being a nice person on the phone. It seems like every time I call to inquire about something whoever I'm dealing with on the phone is always has a shitty attitude and demeanor. I'm gonna pump my brakes on coming in today and will roll the dice with specials this weekend because I don't appreciate being treated like I'm an asshole for having a very simple question.

I use to love Debbies the employees are awesome! The new pricing and points system that just changed is trash. They did away with their bottom shelf flower and is now ridiculously priced! You would think with herbal wellness center and reef opening up they would value their customers more.

Prices are up up up! Been going here for a year and shatter went from 10g for $150 and now that same quantity costs $250! Same product, higher price. Also the new rewards program is a joke. 1000 points used to get $100 off anything but not anymore, they took that away. Not a deal in my eyes. Awesome service but now it matches the price. Would not recommend if price is factor. Recently disappointed. Hoping different changes come by not holding my hit too long.

If your sick these people here have no clue about any sickness or the wellness at all just about the money they make. I Jarrad Burke runs the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona and we are no longer going to be buying from Debbies. Over 250 plus people here in the valley wont be going to Debbies any more. Zero patient care at all if your sick and they are running a deal and ask if they could hold on to that deal for you bc your sick they wont. Other places do that for the really sick people and those dispensaries are the ones we will go to. If you cant hold on to an order for one day you guys have zero patient care. So in the end you will end up losing people bc of the poor patient care. I guess if your looking for bumb to buy your 16.9 % medical pot for 300 an oz is really insane. So when your running a deal remember that there people that have issues that cant run up to your shop and get that deal at that moment. You guys should make a special folder for your really ill patients like other places do that shows concern for your patients. Something smart to do for ill patients. But Im done and so is a lot of my fellow members I told every one in my speech last night of this issues and they weren't happy at all and we wont be back.

Ive had my card since March. I have been to 3 dispensaries but Debbies on 27th Avenue is my favorite place to go. The Bud Tenders are all very knowledgeable and didnt make me feel uneducated about my illnesses and the MMJ that would work best for me. I have now tried a wide variety of available products and I believe I have saved a great deal due to the BT's advice and notifying me of daily sales. I also have cut 4 medications out of my pharmacy and have replaced pills with MMJ for arthritis, insomnia and Migraines. In 3 months, I have gone from 20+ migraines a month to an amazing 4. THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE.

This dispensary has top-notch flower! Not only do they have a great first-time patient deal, they have 4 deals for your first 4 visits. And on your third visit you get the same buy-one-get-one deal as your first visit. Up to an ounce of flower or 5 grams of concentrates! Now that's worth coming back!
