Hey wedding cake is usually the bomb. But lately my 8ths have been having seeds. I mean I’m saving them either way but still why is dispo top shelf flower carrying seeds? Even the animal cake has seeds

This dispensary has top-notch flower! Not only do they have a great first-time patient deal, they have 4 deals for your first 4 visits. And on your third visit you get the same buy-one-get-one deal as your first visit. Up to an ounce of flower or 5 grams of concentrates! Now that's worth coming back!

Debbie's of phoenix has the best budtenders, they know there customers amd they get to know them by name. Harvest if you read this keep these guys your business will benefit from keeping these employees.

What dispo runs out of bud

Sad to see money come before patients. Huge lack of customer service. Online orders never right...not sure where the disconnect is and where they are getting all the FAKE reviews.

This was my first visit and honestly by far the worst customer service I have ever had the bud tender was irritated with my questions had no knowledge of the products and was mad that he had to look for what I wanted. There were also 2 people who came in after me that went before me and 1 was a new customer just like me. I will not be back.

I have NEVER gotten a "Bad" strain here....

Debbie's is my spot. The bartender's always show you the quality, it is deli style, and I love thick Thursdays. Debbie's has a West Valley location any Phoenix North Valley location which is super convenient. Something about their product it's just better than others.

I just had the worst experience in any dispensary I have ever had here today. When I first approached my budtender Sara there was complete attitude right away and I could feel her negative energy. I'm sorry but your job is to give great customer service and be helpful and as I was asking question it seemed as if she just was trying to be super short with me and not very helpful at all. I had to literally keep asking questions to get her to say more then a 2 word answer.

This is my favorite location and Jayde is not only a great bud tender she’s eye candy and comic relief.

Good overall— placed an online order bc I couldn’t get through on the phone. I wondered if I should order 2 bottles of lotion, since they’re usually on sale Wednesday, but the sale wasn’t listed online so I thought they weren’t doing it with everything going on. When I got there and wanted to add a bottle since it was on sale after all, they said they couldn’t modify my order unless I placed another one online or called in. I get the policy— wouldn’t be fair to keep people waiting outside while customers modify orders. HOWEVER I was the only patient there, and there were 3 employees, and no one waiting in line! To me it seemed silly to lose an additional sale over so strictly enforcing said policy. I will still come here, everyone is super friendly and the product is great, the way their policy was enforced just seemed a little extreme to me.

First time here. And the staff was great. Very fast and nice. Even with the check in process because of covid still was quick. Definitely recommend and will be back.

i am very unhappy. straight bs. i put my order in while at work.... drove all the way over here to pick it up and got told i couldnt get in line and to try and call and see if i could get my order for same price. and the gaurd was very rude about it. now im going home empty handed.

Their closed and there is no information on leafly or google telling anyone. Wasted my time and money driving there!

The customer service has dropped off and there is no consistency in how you handle cannapages coupons. I have never had a problem with the digital copy until two weeks ago, printed one from the canna pages website and was turned down again yesterday. Could I get a reason why the print out is different then the physical book? Frustrating to be lied to by managers when you are just trying to save on your Debbie’s already inflated prices.

Dude!! This place is spot on. Quality of the Good is outstanding!! Two more shelves available . Jayde was my budtender and she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the business and culture. Thanks jayde!! Experience captures the customer!! 5Star

I love all the Debbies dispensaries. Was told I wasn’t allowed to smell a concentrate I was interested in even though I have done that there plenty of times before. He was a little grumpy maybe that’s why or just a new rule. 💁🏻‍♀️

I waited for some time before I gave this place a chance and I regret it. Even the lowest tier bud is surprisingly good. Pretty sure dudes name was Eli who helped me out. By far the most knowledgeable bud tender I’ve come across. Great dude, knows his stuff. Bummed you guys were closed but glad everyone is good and you’re back. Favorite dispensary so far. I guess the only negative thing I would say is limited selection on flower but at least it’s fresh. I’ve had top tier exotic flower from other dispensaries that was dryer than gam gams bathing suit area so debbies is legit. I would highly recommend.

I've been here twice now, the staff that I get to Interact with is always pissed off and treats me as if I'm interrupting their day... today I went for a pre-order, checked me in and went back. the lady didn't know what I wad there for and was irritated when I told her I had a pre-order. I then asked about if the leafly app doesnt show accurate inventory, she rolled her eyes and said you need to use our website then. then the total came out less then it was supposed to.. so I asked if it was correct to make sure, yet again this lady rolled her eyes and said "well if you want I can charge you the other price".... I don't anyones attitude at your location when I'm being honest... I will never return or recommend this place again.. people are rude!
