This place does an amazing job every time I go in and always have the beat deals!

I came in to this dispensary for the 1st time and my experience was amazing staff was so nice and friendly, I had one budtender (Cody) who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of he let me know about all the deals going on. Asking how I medicated and over all he was the best I would recommend anyone going there just to see "CODY" he was outstanding and the definition of great customer service.

Loved this place all around, very knowledgeable staff, highly educated, the last few strains I picked were so good. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill place and yummy strains.

My review on their site was taken down. Went there as a first time patient - Pura was doing a BOGO promo. Double checked flyer - no location specified. Drove to north phx location - they don’t carry Pura @ that location. Didn’t say that on the flyer. Drove way out west to peoria location. Ended up being a 4 hour trapes across Phoenix and back. Staff seemed unconcerned and even worse.....flippant about it. Didn’t feel valued as a customer nor as a metro-phx community member. Also - my plans that day were to get my medication and then stop by the doctors office - have been having some concerning Symptoms of weakness on my left-side and had been playing phone tag with the doctor. I was unable to do this as I left my house at 2p and got home at 6p. It was Friday so this meant waiting all weekend to address my health concern unless I wanted to go to the ER or Urgent Care. The experience caused a fairly high amount of stress. Considering one of the conditions I and others are using the Cannabis medication for is PTSD...(.along with fibromyalgia for me) ..all exacerbated by stress. Ya - probably not going back.

I visited Debbies on 12/16/2019 and was so excited to see Kenyon Adams working there! Before Debbies Kenyon worked security at White Mountain Health Center where I saw him often. He was always friendly and welcoming to everyone in the store, his personality definitely fits with Debbies culture! Kenyon is not only dedicated to cannabis, he’s dedicated to patients and takes his job seriously. Quality bud tenders that care about patients are needed, and Kenyon is one of them!
