My first time at Jenny's. The service was knowledgeable and efficient. It is fast paced but my staff was patient and understanding. I'll be back!

small selection and over priced. The set up and checkout could be so much better. Also no med products, total waste for waste

As far as loyalty, I return to this dispensary because of its proximity to my home and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, Jenny’s is slow to update their online menu so you have to wait until you’re brought back to the showroom to discover which products are available. While they’re not obligated to offer any discounts or promotions, they do honor a 10% military discount (as badly as I wish they would raise it to 20% to match their competitors) All in all, it’s a professional establishment with friendly staff and on average they have a fair selection of product.

My husband specifically asked the bud tender for any cart with the highest myrcene (is it spelled that way?) and the guy picked it out and done, now I ask for the pen with the highest Limonine in it… and I get 1000000 questions! Telling me that with anxiety I want to avoid limonine…. Funny thing I did my research before coming in here to buy…your OWN SIGN says for anxiety Limonine is best…. But you had to pick at me, and basically tell me I’m wrong. So sexist… I was the patient… not my husband. He should have been more helpful to his patient!

I would go back again. First week after it went legal for recreational use, as busy as they were they were informative, patient and we got a small discount! We will be going back there because they listened to what I need it for and believe me, they were on the mark. Thank you for a great first experience and I will be back for the same treatment and help you so kindly provided me and my husband.

There was no order to being served ppl were just standing around, I had to ask were to go to be served but once served I was pleased, they have good product I will try them again

Great service

Really depressing customer service. Been a customer for 6 months and enjoyed there $20+ infused prerolls. Never complained once until I received an expensive infused preroll that was extremely dry and the paper wasn’t sticking together any more. Called in to see if there was anything they could do and was told that they could do nothing. Spoke to manager who said it wasn’t there responsibility and I had to eat the cost of the expensive preroll. I understand a return may be not possible but some sort of creative solution like a promo would have been reassuring in their product quality. I was met with a pretty cold response by their employees as someone who has never complained before. Most dispensaries would provide something, but the employee and their manager didn’t really seem to care. Won’t be going back...too many good dispensaries that would at least pretend to care lol...

It was my first time here today. It was a very pleasant experience. I will be goung back.
