Conveniently located next to Circle K, What-a-Burger and a smoke shop, Nova is literally a one stop shop place. The service is outstanding, the products are phenomenal, and the prices are worth a 1.5hr bus/bike ride. Yes, i have reviewed Nova before, but after today's Day of the Slab (even though i didn't win anything 😢) i felt these guys needed an extra boost! You guys did amazing! The Canamo and Müv guys were there and the Nomandic ice cream was AMAZING! Thanks for being you!

Has some pretty good deals and great flower. Had a negative experience with a budtender for the first time in my life. She was very annoyed when I asked to switch to a 100mg bag of edibles instead of 300mg because when she upsold me I thought it was more pieces and not just higher dosage. I find that most budtenders are willing to educate, unfortunately not here.

They were not much help considering I’m a first time patient at nova. The process of ordering and picking up takes way too long. They made me upload all my files at home before being able to come to the nova. I got to the nova and nobody was in line and I got confirmation of my order being ready and it still took 10-15 minutes of waiting with nobody in the store just to pick up my order. Then they had to correct the pricing which took a while also.

It's a good enough Dispensary for getting little stuff. Carful signing up for specials texts, every single text comes from a different phone number. My text inbox is filled with single texts from a million diff numbers. I had to unsubscribe. It's way to annoying for me.

I like the products at Nova, the service is always quick. I had someone be rude to me on my first visit and it sort of threw me off. I've been back since though and it hasn't happened again. I don't prefer their space over other dispensaries in the area.

Hello I was a returning customer untill today! My Budtender today at Nova dispensary in Mesa lied to my face when I asked about a THC percentage being labeled on the package before she gave me the product and stapled my to gotdet whitee bag! I asked her what is the percentage reading because it says it's 100% THC for this cartridge I called to verify this morning and the manager told me it was so I live kind of far away can you tell me what it says just before I leave she looks at the cartridge and then says oh I don't see anything but she paused before she made her lie up when I get home and open this bag which I should have done right away my fault for that part it was reading 82% on the cartridge people please don't lie to customers especially returning medical customers this is horrible you guys have 100% THC on leafly.com you guys utilize leafly.com for all your ordering I know for a fact that you guys use it a lot cuz I used it every time I've ever bought before and I am not coming back I am very disappointed and this hurts my feelings my pocket that was my last 34 dollars. Until my paycheck this week so for someone to lie to me about a medical patient's prescription is highly un tolerable especially when I call back and spoke to Andrew the manager who states there's nothing he can do because it's a cartridge, well but I've been to lots of dispensaries and usually it's the flower they won't return not the cartridges thanks a lot for trying to even help me at all by giving me some points on my account anything for that girl lying to me.

Expect long waiting time and or bad costumer service. Had to check in twice just to keep watching people place their orders and still get called ahead of me waited 35 mins to walk in and even then they didn’t apologize or care. Used to be a go to dispensary but now I have to clear an hour to pick up an online order.

Nova has the best deals in town for edibles and all your mmj needs, best days are Saturday and Sunday. I get 2 bags of gummies or chocolates for the same price as 1 bag on a non promo day. The customer service is always on point, I've never had a bad interaction at Nova. Hands down my favorite dispensary, I'm a medical patient so it is a bit hard to find 1000mg edibles but nova ALWAYS has them. This is the only dispensary that has not let me down lol. Go to nova dispensary, you won't regret it (especially if you're med 😜)

What a cool place! Everyone is really nice and respectful, but Nanette made my first time visit a wonderful experience ! She has knowledge on all the product, provides outstanding customer service and is very kind! I've been to many dispensaries and this place has for sure left a perfect impression on me, 5 stars for sure!

Awesome service and amazing concentrates I only come here for there wax. Oh and try the flower carantee you'll love it. (:
