I went in for a special they had which offered a free edible w/any purchase, I was not given anything with my 50 mg soda purchase so I called after doublechecking leafly deal and I was told to return where I was given an apology and 2 edibles, awesome way to make things right

Walked into a clean, high energy atmosphere and wasn’t burdened with tons of first time patient paperwork. It’s like they GET IT, refreshing. Selection was everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. Test results on absolutely everything. Largest selection of Canamo concentrates (including diamonds) I’ve seen besides at their home store, this is basically their west side headquarters. Same or better pricing. Ricky took great care of me and knows his shit, genetics and all. I really appreciate seeing more than one cbd dominant or heavy strain available, that’s how you can really tell they are for the patients. Thanks all and see you again very soon!

Until this week, I have always had a relatively positive experience with Nova Dispensary, their managers, and the quality products they sell.
I went in Tuesday evening and bought an eighth of Blue Dream, but the worker accidentally gave me a gram instead but still charged me an eighth.
I didn’t realize it was the incorrect amount until I got home, so I drove all the way back later that night to get the rest of the product I paid for(I had the receipt and product ready).
I had, unfortunately, arrived shortly after they had closed. However, one of the female workers inside came to the door, saw my receipt and the incorrect quantity the they had given me.
She informed me she wasn’t allowed to open the doors or sell any product after hours, but she said I could keep the accidental gram I was given (as compensation for the inconvenience they have caused me), and come back during store hours for the eighth that I had purchased but did not yet receive.
On Thursday evening I drove all the way back to Nova (again) to claim the eighth I had purchased as promised. I even brought my receipt and didn’t even use the product they gave me as compensation (just in case I would need it as proof).
I explained why I was there, showed my receipt and the girl at the window was super nice and friendly and told me that she remembered me and my situation because she was working that Tuesday night, so she called for her manager to assist me.
The manager (a different one this time) asked for my receipt, and came back shortly to tell me that he needed the gram back as exchange(the gram I was told on Tuesday night I could keep as compensation for both inconveniences they have now caused me).
I gave him back the gram as requested only so I could then receive the correct amount I paid for on Tuesday. I do not understand why they would want any product returned during this covid pandemic to begin with.. Especially product thats already been opened and touched.
I then asked him (since he was taking back the compensation that was given to me) if I was going to be compensated anything at all for all the inconvenience Nova Dispensary has now caused me.
He said that there was nothing at all that he could do to compensate me for my time and gas except take back the product I received as compensation on Tuesday night in exchange for the correct quantity of product that I had already rightfully purchased, but had not yet received (which, again, doesn’t seem very logical with COVID happening).
I told the manager that was extremely unfortunate that Nova Dispensary and their managers
1) would make a false claim by promising something and not honoring it
2) refuse to compensate their customers anything for inconveniences that they cause, and
3) would demand product back (especially product that I was told I could keep as compensation) as exchange for the purpose of resale during a pandemic.
For these reasons (and until I'm convinced otherwise) I will be taking my business elsewhere, and recommend everyone who does not want a similar experience to do the same.

Awesome customer service and very cool tenders. They have discount's for the young the old and the bold. Quality is top notch with a selection to match. Definitely my new spot. My only complaint is they don't carry flavored distillate or any dabbable distillate.

I loved the budtender, he was very helpful and patient with me. Just pretty disappointed with how your guys points system works because I could have made 10 separate half gram transactions instead of spending 200$ and only getting 20points. Just seems pointless someone could spend 5$ and get as many as I did for spending 200$ so definitely would have rather spent it elsewhere and earn a whole lot more points

FTP at Nova. Even though it's small, I highly recommend this club! The flower was fresh! The free soda was a great perk. the budtender was super friendly. The vape cart I wanted was Out of stock, she made it right by offering two lower mg carts for the same price of the cart I wanted. That's excellent customer service! I will be back!!! A+

I loved this place they had good deals the had nice people but they should say we close at 6:57 instead of 7:00 I stood there for at least a minute Wich made it 6:58? I'm confused? but it's ok I've spent a lot of money there and because of that I can say I won't be there any more if that's how we get treated I have lower back pain and had to drive all the way to nature's meds in PHX all because I was a minute or two late but it s ok I hope you have a wonderful day and night

absolutely love nova, it's the bomb i come to this location all the time!!! Best product in town for the best price. Always a nice visit everytime. Love the staff always so educating and friendly. Hands down my favorite storefront in arizona without a doubt. Highly reccomend :)

Saw the 420 special, 4 eighths for 90 bucks... so I went. The location is fine, but small and their just launching so I'd imagine it will evolve, but this was the only lackluster aspect of this place. The staff were friendly and competent. And the flower is great quality considering the prices they are asking. Provided they continue in this fashion, this could easily become my go to spot. Thanks!

I have been coming here for about a year now. And it’s tax time. So after being told my multiple employees throughout the year I could get a print out of my purchases when it came time I was told by Alex that he would have it ready for me. When I came in to get it I was told they do not do that. So I just wasted literally thousands of dollars for this. I hate this place. Takes to long and no rewards program or express order. I would not recommend to anyone. Dry buds. Decent wax. But TERRIBLE customer service

These guys have the highest quality flower and concentrate around, no doubt. IF you ever have ANY problems here let 'em know and they will make sure you're happy next time! I got a 1/4 slab of Strawberry Diesel and am pretty satisfied. Would love to see a patient rewards program in the future, because I will be back.

The medication was good but the service was terrible. It was my first time and customer were arguing with the guy at front desk, not going to get into what the argument was about but I will say it wasn’t a good experience. Also I wasn’t offered anything for being a first time customer even though it says first time customers get something. Would not recommend just because of customer service
