I just purchased an 1/8 of flower and the container was EMPTY. Keystone would not reimburse me with either cash or flower i was told I had to contact the grower? Is this what they call customer service? BUYER'S BE WARE

They have always been helpful and the recommendations have been spot on! Each staff member has a little bit of there own knowledge and collectively they make a great team. There great about posting when new stuff comes in and always nice when answering the phone about product availability!

Amazing group of people who genuinely want to help educate patients and help us to feel better. I've been visiting Keystone since day 1 in Devon but now mostly work with King of Prussia. Always have a great selection to choose from and the prices are fair. They also have numerous discount programs to help keep cost down

Everyone is very nice, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They take as much time as needed to make sure that the medicine you are getting is what is best for you and your conditions.
