KushMart - Everett

I go here on a regular basis and I love this shop. It has one of the biggest selections around and very reasonably priced. So far everything I've gotten has been great.

After being a customer for a year, I must say this place has grown to be a really great shop to do business with. Most of the staff are friendly, though not all of them. I've noticed in some of the responses that KushMart has made, they recommend getting a manager. That's unrealistic and most likely will not happen as often as it should in a fast paced, high volume store like this, unless there was a real big screw up. I understand customer service is big, but that's more on the managers to make sure their staff were properly trained and continue to work on their skills. Reviews like this are likely to be a better way to address and hopefully fix the issues. It's a real issue with this store, but if your skin isn't a little tough, I don't know you should be out and about anyways, lol. The prices are not the very best in town, but their selection makes up for the few dollar difference. The product is always great, especially their top shelf buds. I come in at least twice a week, and will continue to do so! Thanks you guys.

Okay, so I'll try for a third time to write a review for this store since they wouldn't post the ones I've written for some strange reason. The truth is I've had a mix of experiences at this store, covering both extremes. I've been to KushMart six times now, and four of those times I had a great experience. Those that served me were courteous, kind, friendly and helpful. One of those times I dealt with the owner himself and he provided me with outstanding service.The other two times I had a guy named Eric. This person (it's taking all I have to not name-call) is the rudest and most disrespectful person I've ever interacted with at any store of any kind (as well as restaurants or any other entity in the service industry) in the entirety of my 45 years on this earth. For that reason I cannot recommend this store. I was absolutely flabbergasted that someone like him is working with the public in any capacity. If it wasn't such a long trip for me I'd go there when Eric's NOT there, and leave if he IS there, but it's to big of a commute to take the chance of this despicable human being working when I arrive. I'd rather pay a little more and not be treated like a juvenile deliquent. It's a shame.

They have really improved the wait time recently. The deals days and club-rewards are great too. I will continue to shop this location. Suggestions: Put the door people in KushMart shirts.

best rec store around best prices for premium flowers. only down side is everyone knows its the best shop and they never have enuff stock of the good stuff. id say 75% of the time you end up having to get something you didnt want. it will be those garbage "premium" flowers that dont get you stoned for the same price. so if you cant get the top 3-5 strains in the shop cause its sold out id recommend going to a different shop and paying a few dollars more for what you know will get you stoned because most of the other stuff isnt any good at all.

Came in to buy an Ounce... left with nothing! the guy behind the counter never even acknowledged me, and the lady that finally did speak to me, after almost 15mins, didn't know anything. she kept asking the dude, who still pretended like i wasn't standing right there. I feel like a vending machine would have had better customer service...

Geez these places just get more unfriendly and trashy everytime I go. At least in the past the bud was FIRE. Now however, it's junk.

I haven't been in here in a long while, but the first couple of times, I didn't like it. Can't really put my finger on it, but Lord, there are so many choices out there, I think you just need to check around and see what agrees with you. Like I said, long time ago, but not that much product on display or available for sale.

I go here frequently for my medication. Assuming you know what you're buying you can find decent products for decent prices. The bus tenders can be pushy sometimes for certain products. They don't seem very well educated, but that doesn't bother me personally. This is my main store, and will continue to be such until I find another that matches price and quality.

I use to highly recommend them to everyone. Now I have to say, they ripped me off. Be careful buying those Omega grams of live they don't all weigh a gram. The one I just opened up was only a half gram and it was supposed to be a full.

This store was all I knew about for a long time and they served me okay but I have since found there is a lot of variety out there and have been exploring. there are worse places than here. just more of a retail quick and fast experience less personalized experience than I would prefer.

I needed CBD capsules the first time I went to Kushmart. I normally went to a place in Kirkland, but that drive from Everett in the afternoon was atrocious. So I decided to try Kushmart, because I happened to be nearby. The building looks super generic from the outside. So my hopes of finding what I was looking for I thought were slim. Upon entering the establishment, I had to show my i.d., then was let into the "service area". It was kind of confusing at first, as there were no signs telling me where to go. So I just got behind some random person and followed them. The array of products displayed was dazzling. The quality was amazing. The price points were about 15% cheaper compared to the place in Kirkland. I was helped by a young lady who was very keen on helping me get what I was looking for. I finally decided on something and was very impressed with the customer service and the out the door price. What I wasn't happy about was Washington State gouging the hell out of these products. Seriously, a two tier tax system? So now, the State has turned into drug dealing? Anyways, Kushmart is a great place to get all your cannabis needs. Just be ready to shell out a lot of money with the states 48% markup.

Ordering from their site works well, but checking stock on the Leafly App is kinda useless. Not sure what's up with the disconnect, since their site and Leafly are linked? Anyway. Good prices, good atmosphere, but if it's rush hour traffic; it's gonna be rush hour in Kushmart.

This was my first time in a recreational store in WA. I came in and the selection was great. Really loved the atmosphere and the DJ. Stephanie was extremely helpful and her customer service was outstanding. I will be coming back when I get back to WA. Kushmart you rock!!

Easily my favorite shop around, and also the closest (5 min walk!). First off, let me say that I love the aesthetic layout of this place. The products are all clearly displayed in glass with their prices which makes it easy to browse a little bit before you go to the counter. Speaking of prices! Of the 5 shops I've been to, Kushmart has the fairest prices (usually a good deal on G's and eighths). As far as selection goes, the competition isn't even close. I especially love their rotating selection of $10 G, I pick up a couple every other day and usually find a new strain when I go in. I'm surprised to see the reviews about bad customer service. I've been here probably 50 times in the past 3 months and they've always been friendly. Maybe I just always get the nice Budtender? I appreciate that they don't push any up selling tactics while I'm there, I can't stand that. It's one of the reasons I stopped going to my previous shop. One tip I have is to come in a bit early, at like 11, to beat the crowd. Because there will be a crowd! Happy smoking everyone!

for starters this location makes the store look really sketchy, we came about a hour before close and I was nervous as a first time costumer here. I was so surprised when I came in it was so nice the girl behind the counter bree bree was super energetic and nice she had great recommendations, the place was a little busy but she kept in touch and did a great job of just everything. They also had strains I had been looking for for a while in the size I wanted. great places overall, don't let the outside of the store sketch you out.

When I moved to WA I wanted to find a place with good bud for a good price. I looked online and read the reviews for this place and decided to go check it out. My first visit - when I walked in the door I was a little intimidated by the layout of the store but after I got inside and they checked my ID he asked me if I had any questions or needed help finding anything and I told him I was new to town and wanted something good to try and that I had a pretty high tolerance. He picked out his favorite 3 and layed them out for me to see (which I liked). I picked the pearl scout cookie and went home and enjoyed it right away. After just one bowl I was already feeling the effects. Since then, I have gone back at least twice a week and have tried a few others and already have my favorites. (Lodi dodi, Snoop's Dream and Dirty Girl) The people are really cool and it's nice when they remember your face and what you like. Some say they only suggest the top shelf items...that's because they want to sell you something you're sure to enjoy! I have asked questions about multiple kinds of bud there and they answered all of my questions. The cheaper the bud the lower the quality so I usually get the best stuff anyways. (;
