If you want to be the Best Dispensary in the State of Michigan, its simple, all you have to do is keep a steady supply of Sunshine #4. It is the best in the state, NOT the fake sunshine from the big provision center, the Real Sunshine #4 from the caregiver who also makes orangutan. This is the only medicine that works for me, and have been using it for 5 years, but it is only available for one week every 3 months so I always have to stock up. and I know every one is trying, the State hasn't made it easy on things. I am just suggesting for the future as things begin to expand, It is the only medicine that always is consistent, always smooth, always tastes great, the medical effects are absolutely the best available. And I don't get immune to it. I have tried literally thousands and their is a good one here and there but it still ain't no sunshine #4 from the real grower. I'm willing to help fund to see it on the shelves consistently. Let's get the real medicine out their to the patients. And make it readily available. SUNSHINE #4

I truly believe that the world revolves around people such as the great ones that work at this establishment they service with a smile is always welcoming and depending your wants they lovely selection of flower etc keeps you wanting more Very much satisfying... A plus....

I decided for my second trip I would take advantage of the pre-order service they offer. I called in and then made the 1.5 hr drive, just to get there and have them say they didn't have what I needed in stock... sort of defeated the purpose of doing the pre-order....not a great 2nd visit. The first trip in earlier this month was excellent though...staff was super helpful, meds were top notch.

Professional and polite in all aspects. Anyone can go here and feel comfortable. Great selection of quality, tested product. I chose the least expensive selection and am very pleased. I used to manage a dispensary. Visited at least a hundred in Michigan. The bud tender was very nice and informative. From the moment I called ahead, beyond purchase and walking out the door it was relaxing. Thank You.

A very good visit. I had waited for weeks to go because of southwest, MI attitude. It was very helpful for my conditions. Quality, but high prices. Things will get better in time.

Called for pre order and no answer so drive there and had to wait awhile. Should always at least answer your phone. Not good. Need more people to answer phone at peak times. There’s places all over now to buy supply’s. Thanks just trying to help

I'm so happy that Lake Effect is open again! They've completely remodeled and it looks great inside. They have a wide variety of products and everyone is very helpful and friendly. It's awesome that they offer a birthday discount. I will definitely be back. :-)

I loved the very intentional customer service. The crew there is amazing, especially Franklin. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

I love the positive and helpful staff. they have always answered any and all of my questions and are very friendly whenever I visit.

I like that every employee has no problem getting the conversation going. I have never had a even close to negative experience, especially the selection of products. Many Dispensaries have only like 4 or 5 choices for flower, these amazing folks usually have 15 to 20, and all tested fully. The only issue or negative is about space, the waiting room has not to much seating and when there is a customer at each sales p.o.s it gets loud and crowded feeling, of course it just my opinion as well. Overall in my opinion best dispensary south of GR, west of Ann Arbor to lake michigan, they do many cool promotions and sales that aren't repeats and/or disappointing gimmicks, aswell as surprise swag giveaways. Lake Effect, keep doin what you doin, yall make me a very happy customer and people I have brought your way have turned into loyal customers too. Love, peace, and good reefs!!
