Excellent location great bud tender Ally !! Very nice inside outside looks rough and no sign, kind of confusing to find! However once inside one of the best ones I’ve been to in Michigan at least. All legit and stuff is tested and legal which is great!!

I decided for my second trip I would take advantage of the pre-order service they offer. I called in and then made the 1.5 hr drive, just to get there and have them say they didn't have what I needed in stock... sort of defeated the purpose of doing the pre-order....not a great 2nd visit. The first trip in earlier this month was excellent though...staff was super helpful, meds were top notch.

I loved the very intentional customer service. The crew there is amazing, especially Franklin. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful during my first visit to this dispo. In my opinion, prices are too high for what you get. Lansing dispos are much cheaper for the same/even better quality.

I love the staff they are so nice, except for one girl. Have good daily specials. 99% of the time they always have everything in stock. My last delivery was awesome. I was informed that he was this far away, Then another when he pulled in the driveway. I be glad when this Covid stuff is under control. I miss seeing my guys. I feel like walking in to Cheers sometimes

Only my second time going but Luna was very helpful! She took the time to listen to my concerns and then try to fit my budget and products to help my specific complaints.

I'm so happy that Lake Effect is open again! They've completely remodeled and it looks great inside. They have a wide variety of products and everyone is very helpful and friendly. It's awesome that they offer a birthday discount. I will definitely be back. :-)

High prices compared to others but the quality is also the best around so it’s worth it. Great people helping you out, a nice environment, and the improvements have been amazing in the last 6 months. Thanks so much for all you do!!

The first time I went in they were very helpful I bought a vape pen and the button kept sticking so I went back in the next day and they replaced it for me no problem. Super helpful and friendly.

I have 6 dispensaries within 20 minutes and still drive 45 minutes just to shop here. Friendly, knowledgeable and always welcoming.

I like that every employee has no problem getting the conversation going. I have never had a even close to negative experience, especially the selection of products. Many Dispensaries have only like 4 or 5 choices for flower, these amazing folks usually have 15 to 20, and all tested fully. The only issue or negative is about space, the waiting room has not to much seating and when there is a customer at each sales p.o.s it gets loud and crowded feeling, of course it just my opinion as well. Overall in my opinion best dispensary south of GR, west of Ann Arbor to lake michigan, they do many cool promotions and sales that aren't repeats and/or disappointing gimmicks, aswell as surprise swag giveaways. Lake Effect, keep doin what you doin, yall make me a very happy customer and people I have brought your way have turned into loyal customers too. Love, peace, and good reefs!!
