The first time I went was during a 420 event and it was crazy but the bud tenders made sure everyone was helped. I went again today with my bff who was visiting and oh my gosh! Top service, great products, and awesome vibes.

Everyone here is beyond helpful and knowledgeable in both medical and recreational cannibis. They will do what they can to earn your business by putting a smile on your face and meeting your needs just by calling in an order online, telephone or a consult in person. I love the curbside pickup option, me personally or a budtender named Darren is also a funny, down to earth guy too. They are all stars and work well together. Have always had great customer service, knowledge and quality product; which goes a long way these days in my book. 5-Stars A+++ Happy Medicating.

Today was my first medical experience at a dispensary and I'm beyond pleased to say I couldn't be happier with choosing Lake Effect as my first licensed dispensary. I was waited on by Alex V. n I can't express on how much he made my first time so amazing! I will definitely be a returning customer many of times in the very near future!!

Very efficient set-up with cordial & convenient service despite the pandemic. Just tried the Mindy's black cherry gummies on a recommendation, and they are delicious. You can hardly taste the concentrate plus the packaging is friendly for arthritic hands to open. Lake Effect has a wonderful selection for both med and rec users, most items always in stock. LE is now my go-to dispensary.

This is the first time that I have tried this place. I'm here to tell you for a seasoned smoker, lake effect is 100% all the way around. The customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. The quality of the product is unbelievable very good compared to the competition way above. The buds were trimmed perfect, the flower was absolutely nice and moist and of excellent quality. This place is the best..I can tell you from the moment that you interact with their employees you are treated like gold. They are friendly and funny. They are knowledgeable and helpful . They are stocked with nice products , clean and so ready to take care of you.
