Great prices online ordering makes pick ups super fast, less waiting in line

This place is a site to be seen. The line was crazy long, but I felt like the staff kept things flowin. Chad was my budtender. Really nice dude. Definitely knows his stuff. Helped me with fun things, and stuff to help me medically. Best budtender around!

Pre-ordering thru the Leafly app was super easy. Pickup was a breeze. Great products.

Staff is always professional, and knowledgeable. oh yeah and cool af. always get in and out in good time with the order aheads. I had one problem with a pick up order not being fulfilled, but got compensated heavily with heady discounts.

Today I was met with hostility and name calling by an employee after he recanted a offer he made. a group of us had to go to the ATM pull out cash due to a computer outage and down CC machine ( $3 machine fee now, plus a $3 bank fee) when i was checking out I asked about having that added but was told i couldn't since I already had a discount. i pointed out that it was to offset the fees for having to unexpectedly use the ATM. I sought to ask and ended up getting a incredibly arrogant attitude, told it was my fault, and told i was acting like a child for asking. the 7 other staff members (assuming some leadership in there) chose to allow us to have the heated exchange in front of a full peanut gallery without a word. terrible experience.

They should have somewhere to sit during wait times. This is the best dispensary in northern Colorado. I have already referred more than 10 people.

I'm disappointed since the ownership change. I miss Iron Triangle, Alien Dawg, and Bruce Banner being available regularly. The new prepackaged deals are hard to pass up when sativa is available, but the quality just isn't there. When ordering online, you are led to believe the prepackaged sativa flower will be at least 20%, though it often turns out to be a poor-tasting 18% (looks like bud, tastes like leaf). This is now my budget bud shop instead of my choice for premium smoke. The people are still great, though!

Placed an online order, was able to walk past the line of 30+ people. Talked with a tender, picked up my order. Fast, friendly, simple, and awesome! Thank you for the service!

So this store was bought out by a chain and since then the quality has plummeted. I've gotten some of my favorite strains from here and was barely able to recognize them. Strains aren't even consistent from one week to the next. Fluffy, dry, flowers that I would hesitate to call a 'nug'. Lots of jars labeled "R&D", which to me seems like it must be just some kinda of breeding mistake that they are trying to recoup losses on. Lots of weed just sitting around in jars with no humidity control so it turns to dust when you touch it. Been going there for over a year but it has finally deteriorated to the point that I'll need to go somewhere else. This is the Miller Lite of weed, the McDonalds of weed. Cheap, mass produced, does the job, sorta, but your not really going to enjoy it.

When I receive great service I am a very loyal customer. I will only go to LivWell. The bud tenders are very nice and very knowledgeable. I had Jessica last night and she was very personable and we had a nice little conversation. I love being able to go and feel so welcome

LivWell is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, & cost effective dispensary in town. The online ordering can use some tweets, it is a little annoying to have to wait for your online order and you guys should have a dedicated budtender just for that.

Online ordering is the way to go if you can. They keep the line moving but there is always a line. with online order it goes fast almost every time. Plus great prices.
