The meds used to be good but lately the quality sucks and I even found SEEDS!! WTF! The customer service is horrendous. I never felt like I was a cared for patient. With so many other good dispensaries out there, I'll never support them with my money again.

So pushy, would not recommend

Today I purchased the Black Friday Eureka bogo cartridge online. No waiting,had my pink entry ticket rite away. Payment was easy with card. Took 8 mins. Try the online qith Leafly. Puff Puff Pass....

Prices keep rising every time visit. Poor management

Although interior decorating is not why I choose IW, I have always enjoyed walking in, viewing the art, hearing the music, and the setup of the room. The budtenders are always extremely conversational and helpful. I love coming to IW.

I will always look here first. High quality. Great prices. Very knowledgeable budtenders. The only minor thing I would complain about is they could use another half dozen strains to select from. But that is a very minor thing.

Was just in with my girlfriend yesterday and got the 3(.5) for $80 deal and the G13xOGK taste like burned rubber tires. Highly disappointed, hoping the other 2 don’t taste awful.

I hate writing a negative review. We got a gram each of Durban Poison and Lamb's Breath at IWCFC and I'm disappointed to say the least. Both very well known quality strains, but neither of these would pass for better than mids in most places. The Durban Poison was especially disappointing. Poorly manicured and cured and gave both my wife and I splitting headaches, of which mine is still present 6 hours and a couple ibuprofen later. The Lamb's Breath was a bit better. Alright, but not on par with the products at some other dispensaries. Their prices were quite high as well. Far more than we pay at our usual dispensary for much higher​ quality flowers. Unfortunately, this will be our one and only visit to IWCFC.

Today I was met with hostility and name calling by an employee after he recanted a offer he made. a group of us had to go to the ATM pull out cash due to a computer outage and down CC machine ( $3 machine fee now, plus a $3 bank fee) when i was checking out I asked about having that added but was told i couldn't since I already had a discount. i pointed out that it was to offset the fees for having to unexpectedly use the ATM. I sought to ask and ended up getting a incredibly arrogant attitude, told it was my fault, and told i was acting like a child for asking. the 7 other staff members (assuming some leadership in there) chose to allow us to have the heated exchange in front of a full peanut gallery without a word. terrible experience.

My husband and I frequent this dispensary often. they are the best around for budget cost. The atmosphere is always so nice, and you never feel rushed. (Even with the whole COVID19 going around.) I exclusively only use them! love you guys.

The staff is very Friendly and very helpful. If I order something on line and it's not looking good they will let me know so I can get my money worth. Love this place!
