Really enjoy the new location on Division. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there's a wide variety of quality products. I come in, tell them the kind of product I'm looking for and price range I'm working with and they give me options to pick from, including their professional opinion. Ryli was especially helpful.

There’s a newer girl here and she has NO knowledge of anything. I ask for prices, she gives me the wrong one. I ask for high CBD, she says she doesn’t know. I’m not a weed expert. That’s why I don’t work at a dispensary. I like to be helped by someone who at least has some basic knowledge and customer service skills.

The flower that was purchased here was moldy so I went back to the store to return & one of the gals stated it was on sale, only $25, like that excuses the mold issue in flower! They called the manager Kat who stated they’d give me 20% off to purchase something else! Are you kidding me! I will never be returning here and wish I could upload a pic of this flower purchased. The inside of the flower is covered in mold. Company policy and customer service was terrible. I’ll also be notifying the cannabis board due to the health issue with the mold & complete lack of care.
