Completely ridiculous that it’s impossible to find an updated menu online. I refuse to visit this business if they aren’t organized enough to have a functioning menu online that actually includes THC content of their products. Ridiculous.

Best selection of bud in Ohio, amazing diverse staff, always welcoming and helpful, know me well enough to know what I want if they have it. Also, to the man saying POW has better prices so they will have his service. Look at anything other than flower. They are the same as MRR. My first visit I was nervous, it was my first dispensary after a hard year before. The waiting room was relaxed, with everyone talking about The Big Lebowski. I found my element, and was enthralled with the selection. My second visit I took the time to talk to the gentlemen in the backroom. He walked me through a few strains, morning, noon, and night, and answered a few questions I had. It was pleasant, and to feel the welcome feeling was wonderful. The employees here care about your health, it makes this place shine in the Gem City. Highly recommend.

First time going to a dispensary. Place was clean, looked professional, the girl seemed knowledgable, the menu seemed like it had a lot of products. I don't know what could be improved until I visit elsewhere.

First time visiting this dispensary. Visited around 1:30/2:00 and it was a very easy process. Showed my cards and waited about 5 minutes before going back. Tacie was the person who helped me out and they were great! She talked over the menu with me and helped me choose a few products that would help me. I really appreciated the help from every person working as they were all just really nice! I had put my ID back in the car so I had to run out and get it again for the checkout process. When I returned there was a man who worked there that helped me get back in & he was just so friendly! I know I'll be able to visit this dispensary again without worry! Thanks Mad River Remedies!

Great staff, good selection. Would like to see the Leafly listings updated with full stock, or even a 3rd party website updated daily. Although this may just be process, it makes it difficult to plan ahead. That aside, too notch place and glad to see familiar faces when returning.

Okay, so I stopped going here for a little while and I just gave Zen Leaf another chance a couple of weeks ago. I have been so pleasantly surprised!! Matt the manager is simply awesome, he is very knowledgeable about the product and is also willing to help out customers!! You just don’t see that often!! I have been able to personally be helped by Shawna, Shawn, Austin, Alic, and Charles and they are all terrific!! I’m so happy I have them another chance!!<3

Spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere folks. This placed has went to the crap yard on customer service and with the tween intake brat girl who demand you sign paperwork that you cant read or they are just pain rude to customers. If you ask any questions, they "The Snow flakes" get their feelings hurt and say "Your Combative". Their Flower sometimes is short, dry and not sealed. Product often has not been flushed properly.

I asked for the rep to look up my previous cart purchase. I’ve only purchased one before. She then sold me two carts that are completely different. I drove all the way home and realized it. I can’t call to ask if they’ll do anything because they don’t answer the phone and the website contact form does not work.

you need better customer service people. 1st visit since changes in program. the csr did not want to hear my simple dissatisfaction with web showing lower price then what they actually charged. i was just saying its unfair and wanted to look at the menu again. she rushed off saying i will get my manager. manager came out giving me a "speech & scolding" for not knowing and at one point said "im not hearing this anymore" as i was trying to look at the tablet. manager said i could not do that...i could cancel & leave and come back. i could not change the order. i have done that before and waited as others have done this. why not this time? i seen lots of new faces and if this is how they are going to treat customers i suggest a different facility. manager said her name was michelle imc manager. i felt very uncomfortable and unsafe this visit.

This is my backup dispensary. Starting to come here more often as they are increasing the number of sales. The staff is friendly and has a nice large waiting room. My only complaint was the lack of sales but they seem to be having more. Great edibles selection.

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. I usually preorder and my order is ready for pickup fairly quickly. When I do need help they are always willing to help.

I've tried twice to make a pickup order here after hearing good things about them. The first was made about midday, but there was still plenty of time for it to be made before they closed. The second was about an hour after they opened so again, plenty of time to make the order. Both times the order status never changed from verifying for the first day so I canceled it, the second one was the same for several hours with no indication that it was going to be done so I canceled that one as well. I tried calling several times to see if there was any reason they weren't verifying it and they didn't answer any calls. I definitely wouldn't recommend going here after this pickup order experience.

Great products, decent prices sometimes, but the people who check you in suck. They are grouchy, not friendly, and sometimes will make you just stand there waiting with no one in front of you while they could be checking you in or greeting you or just helpful in any kind of way.

Its a great dispensary. The staff welcoming and friendly. Its clean (with a familiar and pleasant scent 😉.) The staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable in regard to information on how to use the differnet products, or keeping things such as session diarys to note effects of particular products.
I'm nearly and every day customer, and I'm glad I chose MMR for my first dispensary to go to.

Kendra was absolutely wonderful. I just got my MMJ card and was looking for specific terpenes for pain management. Per her recommendation, I found the perfect product to start with. I can’t wait to go back and hope to have her help again.
