Absolutely love this place!! I always walk out satisfied and I never have to wait more then 5 min to be helped or get what I ordered. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place sold me moldy hash. An inconvenience but honestly not a big deal. What made me irritated was when I took it back and they refused to refund, exchange, or accommodate me in any way. Their website says the supplier can be contacted but does not list the information for the supplier of the moldy hash. When I sent a respectful e-mail inquiring about contact info for the supplier they did not respond. I will never be going back to this place. Any reputable dealer would have had the integrity to take back a clearly unusable product. This place hides behind the WA state law that says "no refunds" even though it sold me a worthless, unusable product in the first place. The responsibility should be on them to supply mold-free cannabis. If the product came "as advertised" I would never have tried to return it but it is not safe to use. The staff had found out about the moldy hash and taken it off the shelves but still had no plans to make it up to people it was sold to. The reality is they don't care about their customers.

Good and....not....My order was... 2 grams flower, 1. 1 gram pre roll, Sample pack of 3 cookies and a tincture.... The flower...AMAZING...the pre roll was clogged or something and we ended up wasting %60 of it....the tincture was.....so...so... and the cookies were a COMPLETE waste of money....Even the staff kept putting us off other edibles that they carried....why sell edibles (expensive at that) when the staff doesn't like them and they do NOTHING.... $50+ down the drain.....the staff was nice and honestly gave opinions.... it would be nice if flower were more accessible to smell and see as presently it is all kept inside of glass counters....again the 2 grams of flower was AMAZING...but I can get that elsewhere....and will probably be doing so from now on.

Great prices very busy tho. The reason it's so busy is because it's the best place in town HANDS DOWN best price highest quality. I love smokey point productions

just bought a pack of four joints, and so far three of the four are plugged. the weed seems pretty wet to be selling. Normally, they have really good prices and average customer service, but don't buy their packs of joints.

I went in for the first time yesterday to get the Moonrocks that were on their website menu. It listed 4 or 5 different "strains". When I got home I saw they do not look like normal moonrocks as they do not have the layers of the bud, oil and then kief. They look like a loose kief hash ball. I went back today how could the different strains all have the same exact THC/CBD etc results. Turns out they are not made the same way as normal moonrocks and the strains are not strains but flavors. WHY??? I bought Cheese and Blue Dream and ASSUMED they would be made from those strains. The best response they can give is "Well, they are only $9 grams". Who cares? If they are listed as cheese, Blue dream, etc they should be made from those OR it should somehow be made known.

Terrible customer service but not worse then the leafy weed. Even the top shelf is disappointing. But if u like cheap low grade weed go. But for me its Quality over quantity.

Terrible quality. You pretty much get what you pay for with this place. Annoying purchasing process. I felt like I was in a cement mixer. Also the place is pretty tacky. If you like shopping at Walmart you will looooove this place.

Busy, busy, busy. Always it seems. It's as if people don't know about The Higher End which is closer to Portland and 5 blocks east. Service is always a little slow for me. They don't list out CBD on their Flower menus which are important as well. Staff is friendly enough, but I worry about their knowledge and training. It appears they have expanded, with 3 locations and this store has aquired the space next to it and plans to open up the space. Still, I'm not sure why anyone would buy flower in Vancouver with Oregon so close by. Anyhow. I'll stop by again in 6 months and see how it feels then.

Bought bud on Memorial Day. Bought a 10$ gram of white widow off their specials menu. When I got home I took a look and the trim job was pretty iffy, and the buds were way too dry. Crumbled in my hand like dead leaves. The batch date on the package was also from over 7 months ago.... So I was a bit disappointed for my first visit.

It's official, a new era has been ushered in in the United States. Walk into a nice store where you can choose whatever kind of marijuana you want, and a smiling knowledgeable sales person educates you. Thank God for Democracy!

Went in today and bought some "Traditional Lebanese Hash" for $10/g. This is not hashish. It's simply kief. If I wanted kief, that's what I would have bought.

I asked for a recommendation for something "giggly" and what they recommended felt like a 10 ton weight on my shoulders. Not a giggle to be had. Check their inventory and pick your strain before you go in. Their recommendations are worthless.

Well, SOMEONE doesn't like these guys. (I'll give you a hint, they're a cancer patient.) However, every time I walk into this place, the greeter is always very friendly, the staff is attentive and helpful, and your order always comes out less than 10 minutes after you order it. Highly recommended, and good prices for being a downtown dispensary.

My first visit here. I came in pretty late around 10:30pm. No parking lot, had to park on the street. Inside is pretty bleak. They have cabinets around the store with different items in it. I ordered online, and that was pretty simple. I walked inside and walked around before being asked if i needed anything, i told the wonderful woman, she had a great calming voice, that i ordered online. So she took my name, how much it was, and said i’d Have my name called. About 5 minutes go by, and I get called, go up to the register, make small talk with the cashier, and out i went. It was pretty enjoyable, and easy process. It was also pretty busy. Maybe spruce up the atmosphere a bit, make it less “cold” feeling. Also, I typically shop at a dispensary closer to home. My friend told me Main Street downtown had much better prices and quality. Totally 100% true. What i bought at Main Street would of cost at least $20-30 more at the other dispensary. I’ll be going downtown more often now. Thanks for the quality product, great price!

You can't see or smell the buds before you buy so you're not sure if you're getting sticks & stems or quality stuff. I've been three times now and I've never gotten anything fresh. There are plenty other shops in the area that allow you to examine the product before purchase, I would recommend these shops instead.

This place is awesome. They have a lot of really knowledgeable staff. And they're dog friendly!! I love nearby and come in pretty frequently. I'm always happy with the service.

They have countless varieties and Staffs would help you out in Selection too. It is fascinating to walk in and buy marijuana legally. They have a good selection of bud and herbs to choose from.

I've been to this store several times and there common themes aren't what I like in my dispensaries. The flower is prepackaged so that you can't see or smell it and is typically old and dry. The price has been good but I prefer quality buds kept in good condition. Second I find that the staff doesn't know anything about the products they are selling. I've asked probably 10 of their bud tenders what they thought of a strain and they had no answers. The regular answer I would get is "I don't smoke flower, only concentrates." Well fine, that's great, but you work serving flower so maybe you should know a little bit about it? Lastly there is a particular tender there (bald dude with a beard) who is extremely rude and pushy (not just to me either but to the three customers he served before me).

I LOVE this place, except one person who works here that actually left a bad taste in my mouth. They did me a solid for a truly crappy product. I appreciate that. What happened was my 20 bill accidentally partially ripped when I put it in my pocket. The guy taking my order said "no problem, we have tape." The dude who was handing me my order actually became a douche about it. In all of everyone's years in retail, when has a partially ripped bill been a problem? Are they really going to have that much attitude? I said to the two nice guys "thank you for your customer service, but not him!" Then I walked out. It's pathetic that someone has to be like that. Maybe I'll not come to this location any longer. I'm sure they don't care about one person, but my information will travel across all the social network pages I manage. I spent more in a month than many bring home in one week at this location alone. The owners need to do something about this guy. And if he's one of them, the rest need to back him out of customer face to face dealings.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE GROWERS BOSS BUDS. The weed that we get here is usually decent, with the exception of Boss Buds. It is cheap as dirt and might as well be dirt for the quality. The staff here is always really nice, if not a bit aggressive when you are trying to make your decision. The vape cartridge selection here is nice, and not outlandishly priced.

quality of the bud is standard and typical. nothing here to really blow your mind. like coke and pepsi at the same store. its pop. dont ask the budtenders what they recommend cause they dont know. they dont understand the science and affects and cannot match a strain with an ailment or even experience to save their jobs. even worst, the weed you get is not always what you see in the case. makes me wonder what they do in the back room...
