This review is based on my purchase on 4/20. With that said, I expected a longer wait than normal and that product might run out... I did wait, but not too terribly long. Amazing how many people came n left pissed off bc of the wait... Seriously Ridiculous?!? They did run out of Valley OG that I ordered but they text me and offered to replace my premium 1/8 w a private reserve 1/8 for the same price! Very cool! Products are high quality, staff is cool... I'll be back for sure. Peace out!

I really want to like this place (thus the 5 star atmosphere rating), however, it is just not ran properly. The quality of the dispensary is much higher than it was while it was Herb'n, however, they're heading back to their old ways. Their 50% off deals (FTP or otherwise) do not actually take 50% off your order (check your receipts, seriously) and they do not honor prices posted on their Leafly page. Ordered a half of Aeriz brand flower and the product description said "1g: $12.89, 3.5g: $41.44 7g: $69.06 14g: $119.71 1oz $230.20" when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that those are sold in 8ths only at $41.44 each. After showing the budtender their own leafly page I was again dismissed and the price was not honored and I left without most the medication I ordered on this visit. TLDR: Cool place, but, cares more about money than patients.

Let me start off by saying I've been going to this dispensary for a long time. The staff has always been very helpful and will take their time with you (if you need it) to find the right product for you or fix any customer service issues as needed. When the pandemic began, this dispensary had some of the most stringent requirements for entrance/ordering. Online orders only, 1 customer at a time, plenty of free sanitizer available, plexiglass shields separating staff from customers, it was great! They put these measures in place well before any other businesses in the area, which made me feel very comfortable as a patient. The selection is wonderful! The products are great, and the prices are fantastic. Best deals on Wana and Aeriz that I've seen. The Uncle Herb brand of edibles they sell is also very good. The only way they could improve is if POTENT PLANET or GROW SCIENCES decided to start selling their products there. This is a hint to Potent Planet and Grow Sciences to get in on one of the best little dispensaries in Phoenix, not a slight to MNM at all :)
