Hi! Thank you for this!! I have been there more than a half a dozen times since opening. My wait times are typically between 10 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Great staff. Wait times are a bit longer. I do however have a suggestion for you, I've noticed from other dispensary's in Michigan, they do the same text when the order is ready. But then when we get the text that the order is ready, it says to respond when you arrive, with your order number, your vehicles color, make and model with the proper parking spot number they park in when they get there. Say you # your parking spots 1-30.
Idk just an idea but numbering spots and having them text when arriving works well at other establishments. Thanks a lot! Have a great day!
Only reason for the three star is because I’ve only done the curbside. Can’t speak for the shop inside yet.
Cool folks. Polite and courteous. Little pricy still, but that’s to be expected at this point. Will continue to visit them
I’ve been here several times now and it seems like every experience is different. I always place an order ahead of time for convenience, and sometimes I’ve waited for curbside assistance for 40 minutes and sometimes I’ve waited less than 10 minutes. When the pandemic started they were having problems keeping track of which cars arrived when and who had or hadn’t been helped so sometimes people who pulled up after you would be helped first, but recently I’ve noticed they’re using cards on the windshield to show who has and hasn’t been helped which has helped with wait time. The prices are a little steep but the product is good quality.
When you order online it gives you a total for your order but it doesnt include tax. So make sure you add in that sales tax when you show up to pick up your order or you will be surprised like I was. Also very busy so long waits once I arrived .
Always a friendly, helpful staff when I visit this store. Today we worked with Jo who was patient while we picked out our purchase and was also very quick with the turnaround. Love coming here and will be back soon!
I ordered online and had It delivered. I did My own research before ordering. I received different strains and had No problems with any of it. I will absolutely return for more!
