The lady helping me, Mary, was very informative for a first time cannabis purchaser like myself and while the wait and cost take it down a notch, the product is certainly legit!
I have placed my orders online for weeks now and every time I go to pick-up.....I wait at least 30-45 minutes. What’s the advantage to ordering online if I am still waiting just as long?
Ordered delivery. It comes in a small pizza-like box taped and with your receipt on top. I highly recommend having the driver wait until you open the box. My receipt was correct but the item(s) in the box were not. After calling immediately, the manager appeared to be helpful at first, with offering a “huge discount” and gave instructions to the next day crew, which was not carried through. Long story short, I had to spend an extra $40 something in order to get the correct product I initially ordered.
Oh. And that “huge discount”

No refunds, no credits even though it was their error.
Be careful ordering from this place, you may not get what you order & you’re stuck with it. To bad, so sad.

I bought 3 edibles from them, and although I haven't technically consumed them just yet, the buying experience was flawless - went off without a hitch! As of right now (late July 2020) Meds Cafe is doing car-side pickup service only (you can't actually go into the store) because of covid-19, but the girl who came to my car window took my order # I had placed online previous, and delivered it promptly, plus she was very friendly. All in all, I was in-n-out of the parking lot in like 10-15 minutes. Plus I had a followup question today, and called the store just now - I don't know who I talked to but she too was very friendly about advice on whether or not to refrigerate the edibles to keep them fresh for longer. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
I like the variety of products MedsCafe Lowell offers especially the Redemption product line and the Orange Ghost I would recommend showing up at least an hour before close because it can be quite busy at that time.
Been here a few times since I moved to the area and have been impressed and satisfied with the quality of the marijuana and dab I get. The workers also seem very nice!!
Super chill place with awesome staff and amazing stock constantly changing, great online up-to-date menu to make your oder quick and efficient. Highly recommend everything u can get your hands in here.
