The lady helping me, Mary, was very informative for a first time cannabis purchaser like myself and while the wait and cost take it down a notch, the product is certainly legit!

Preordered. Waited 15 minutes for service then another 15 minutes to get my order. No sense of urgency from the staff accept one gentleman that had a fanny pack. Hopefully this is not an every day.

I bought 3 edibles from them, and although I haven't technically consumed them just yet, the buying experience was flawless - went off without a hitch! As of right now (late July 2020) Meds Cafe is doing car-side pickup service only (you can't actually go into the store) because of covid-19, but the girl who came to my car window took my order # I had placed online previous, and delivered it promptly, plus she was very friendly. All in all, I was in-n-out of the parking lot in like 10-15 minutes. Plus I had a followup question today, and called the store just now - I don't know who I talked to but she too was very friendly about advice on whether or not to refrigerate the edibles to keep them fresh for longer. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Only reason for the three star is because I’ve only done the curbside. Can’t speak for the shop inside yet. Cool folks. Polite and courteous. Little pricy still, but that’s to be expected at this point. Will continue to visit them

I always seam to go at the lunch rush but every time I go they have 3 to 5 people running around collecting order. Everyone is super friendly. Maybe a 10 minute wait if you go right at 12 on a Saturday

By far my favorite local dispo, for the most part the prices are the best you'll find around, and with budtenders like Corey and Michelle you're sure to be pointed in the right direction. Corey is very knowledgeable when it comes to vendors and their specific products and is an all-around chill budtender to work with. Michelle is extremely friendly and has never pointed me in the wrong direction; she always has a fire suggestion and I haven't been disappointed yet. Meds Cafe has the most competitive pricing for nice quality products in Lowell and nearby areas. Meds has a large, open store area with a great variety of products- you never feel crowded when trying to shop and the products are displayed in a way that you can easily see the options to choose from. My favorite purchase from Meds Cafe in Lowell, Michigan are their $20 eighths- with at least twenty strains of flower to choose from of, you're sure to find something that fits your pallet. I love that the placards for their flower have the strain name, terpenes, and have a bold letter to show whether it's an indica, sativa, or hybrid dominant flower because it makes that information very easy to compare. I'd say the one place they do fall short is with their pricing on some vapes- for example, their Breeze disposable pens, and especially today on 4/20. I'm a frequent flyer to the Lowell Meds Cafe, but today, 4/20/2023, their pricing left much to be desired across the board, especially on their Breeze disposal vape pens. Meds Cafe had their Breeze pens priced at $25 each and Premiere Provisions in Big Rapids, MI had them $17.50 for one, $45 for three, and $99 for seven; AND, Premiere Provisions in Big Rapids has the Peach Rings Breeze, which is by far the most superior of the Breeze variety vapes. Not only was Premiere Provisions having better deals on 4/20, they have better pricing on their Breeze vapes on any given day than Meds Cafe in Lowell. Overall, I would definitely recommend Meds Cafe to anyone local because I do feel they are the most competitive, friendly, and knowledgeable in the area, but I'd be lying if I said I don't sometimes choose to drive an hour away to shop elsewhere because there's a better deal for the products I'm looking for- and I was super disappointed to see the extreme price difference between my two top Michigan dispensaries on my favorite Hippie Holidaze.

I live close to the MedsCafe, considering the situation they are doing a bang up job. The inventory site just isn’t as up to date as the actual inventory which makes ordering online before your visit challenging at times. Look forward to physically walking in the store. The runners are very nice, make sure you tip them though. They deserve it!

Well I resend my last review. It's not there fault. I was helped right away but I guess there internet went down so I've been here for an hour now. Just wish they'd give you a coupon or something for the inconvenience. I ordered ahead per usual. It's not a big deal but I do have things to do so anything over an hour, you should at least offer something to show you care about the customer and business your providing. Especially on orders over 150 dollars.

Place is great, but the last time I went they gave me the wrong concentrate, and thats pretty annoying.
