Mercy Wellness of Cotati

My first experience with a dispensary and I loved it! The staff at Mercy are kind and caring, but most certainly knowledgeable about their product.

After going to Mercy a few times I've had so many different experiences with the staff there it's too much to write out. The meds are always smooth and the kids working their are always smiling and kind. Thanks Mercy i'm poor though now so hook it up with a free j:P

Mercy used to be the very best, but after January 1, they lost my business. After six years, sad to go but happy to be done with the madhouse it’s become. I used the Mercy Express ordering system, which was awesome, but since adult use became legal that’s all they seem to care about. After three miserable Express orders, where each time it took over 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention and even still no one came to ring up our orders, AND my orders were incorrect twice, filled with far inferior product. When I mentioned it, I received a free child proof bag. Thanks. Bye. Loved this place, I hope they get organized someday.

I love coming here for a little variety. They seem to have different strains than most other clinics, and for the most part I've been happy with what I got. It is a little dry, sorry to say, but I hope as they read these comments it will change. they have cheap and very effective concentrates, especially the gram of certain flowers, oil, and then dusted with kief. Great edibles too. Service is just exceptional every time I've gone.

It's a bit like the coolest, most popular jewelry store in Cotati... If cannabis were jewels :). They're planning to expand the facility towards the end of August 2015. I can't wait to see if they expand selection as well. Good selection incl. brownies, mints (5 mg. per; great for titeriing dose into your personal "just right" zone if you are used to going too far with other modalities.). 10% off for seniors, a lot of useful info/handouts available. (Even the flyers that are promotional don't stray into obnoxiousness ;) )

I went to mercy for the first time the other day and I picked up a new strain that I've never had before. The staff was helpful in aiding me to make the best choice. Needless to say I will be back to mercy next time to pick up my medication.

Great friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff and a very large selection now including saplings (even though they don't show them yet on the web site). Try the ATF a 51/50 bar and some wax all at once and I'm sure you will be in less pain/stress/anxiety and may even enjoy a bit of bliss. :)

I was looking for an affordable alternative to driving to Santa Rosa from Petaluma and was happy to find Mercy. Pros: Organized selection and setup. Pre-rolls & cones for $6 & $6.25. Incentives for picking up trash and reviews. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Right off 101. ATM machine inside ($1.50 per transaction fee). For those who forget something their first visit can return again. Cons: I didn't visit Mercy sooner.

This place is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! There are so many flavors to pick from. Some of the best flower I have ever seen!! I love their Candy Land :) I recommend that to any one that wants to be super happy and have the giggles haha

Chill dispensary and people. Great selection and variety. They have cool deals on halfs and ounces of strains i dont always see a lot. Also see them at all the local events. Check em out

This is my regular place for my medication. The staff is outstanding. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and give great recommendations. I like the intimate and private atmosphere.
